Accepted methods of payment: Credit/Debit cards, Etsy Gift Cards and Paypal.

Shutter Jewellery is based in the UK and offers a flat delivery rate for all orders outside of the UK for ease for the customer. Any taxes/charges incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.

All items are guaranteed to be shipped within 1-3 business days. If you require an item for a certain date, do please contact me and I'll do my best to accommodate. **Any temporary changes to shipping times (eg. christmas last post dates and holiday periods) will be displayed under shop announcements.**

UK items will be sent by Royal Mail 48 hr tracked service. You can upgrade to 24 hr tracked for an extra 50p.

International orders will be sent via a tracked service.

Shipping upgrades are available but please note, these will only reduce the shipping time, not the dispatch time. Again, if it's urgent let me know and I'll see what I can do.

Please note that items can not be sent to a PO Box on a 'signed for' service. This means any shipping upgrades can not be sent to a PO Box as the express service couriers I use will always require a signature.

Any additional costs or customs charges incurred for international orders are at the expense of the buyer. Please check customs regulations for your location prior to ordering.

Use of your information:
At the time of ordering you authorise Etsy to provide me with: your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering.
You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order of jewellery, for example), if you contact me directly.
This information is used to:
Complete your order
Settle disputes
Provide customer support
I will not use your details for any marketing purposes unless you sign up independently of your order.
I use your information as necessary to comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

Sharing Information:
Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
Service providers such as shipping companies and couriers. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
Compliance with laws. I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.

Object. You can object to my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
