Welcome to Shy Lotus Jewelry Design! My name is Amy. I design and create all of the jewelry you see in the shop. I'll answer some frequently asked questions here but please feel free to email me at any time with any additional questions you may have. Customer satisfaction is very important to me. I will do my utmost to ensure that you are happy with your purchase!

Returns and exchanges
I accept returns for up to 7 days after receipt of item. If for any reason you are unhappy with any item, please email me within 3 days of receipt for return authorization.
All returned items must be insured and in original condition. You will be refunded the purchase price (excluding shipping).

I accept payment via Paypal, or personal check. You do not need a Paypal account to pay with Paypal, just a credit card or bank account. Please contact me if you wish to pay by check.
Customers outside of the U.S., payment must be made via PayPal only.
Shipping
I will mail your jewelry via USPS First Class mail within 3-6 days of payment, excluding Sundays and holidays. See the USPS holiday shipping schedule here- https://www.usps.com/shippingdates/welcome.htm

Your jewelry will arrive securely packaged in a sturdy gift box enclosed in a padded envelope. To reduce waste and shipping costs, multiple items will be packaged together. If you'd like separate boxes or have other special shipping requests, please let me know.

US: Orders over $100 are insured for free.

International: I ship USPS First Class. If you would like Priority or Insured Mail, please contact me and I can send you an updated invoice. Any customs fees, taxes, or tariffs that may by incurred at the time of delivery are at the discretion of individual countries and are payable by the buyer.

Expedited shipping methods are available for additional fees.
