Everything in my shop is designed and handmade by me in my home studio. Mostly the pieces are one of a kind or made in just a few copies (often slightly different).

If you have any questions please contact me and I will try and answer as soon as possible.

I accept payment through Paypal were you also can pay with credit card.

You do not have to have a Paypal-account to pay through Paypal.

Payment is requested within 24 hours of purchase.

Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.
I do ship internationally! Shipping from Sweden is very fast, reliable and safe.

I send all orders by Priority mail, which does not have a tracking number and it is NOT insured.

If you want insured shipping or registerd mail please contact me before buying, the cost is based on weight and currency exchange.

CUSTOMS FEES are charged to the customer and mail checks and delays are beyond my control. I am not responsible for lost/damaged items

Normally orders ship within 3 business days of cleared payment received. If it is a holliday shippping might take a bit longer. Custom orders will take longer, I will discuss timelines when the order is made.

Unless you request otherwise, I ship to your PayPal specified shipping adress, NOT your Etsy shipping adress.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for some reason you are not happy with your item, before leaving negative feedback -please contact me. I will do everything possible to satisfy you.

If you would like to return an item with any reasons, you as a customer will be responsible for shipping fees.

The item must be returned within 6 days after recieveing it.

I accept the return only for items in their original package and they must NOT have been worn. For hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned.

You will receive a refund (excluding shipping costs) only after I received back the item intact. The item you send back must be packaged to avoid damage.

Please contact me, as soon as possible, before returning an item.

If you have an item that needs repair (after use) you can mail the item to me for free repair. I will mail the item back to you at no charge.

I pack my jewelry in an organza bag but if you wish to have it gift wrapped please contact me and I will wrap it for you.
