Announcement   ** SALE - 40% store wide. ** I'm cutting back in this shop - at least for now. Some exciting times for my family (senior year, etc) and that is where I am placing my attention. I will leave the shop up for printable patterns and the occasional nalbinding needle. But will not continue to dye yarn for the foreseeable future. So get your Shy Red Fox yarn while you can! It will be gone soon!
** Nalbinding Needles, Patterns, and Indie Dyed Yarns **
** "Giga Squirrels" is my daughter's line of felted creations.

Photographing extremely vibrant yarn is a real challenge! How can I convey the intense cyan in this when a camera can't do it justice!? (I've tried it all today. Cyan is just tough!)
Gotta love the variation in the separate colors from a single dye pot.

About

Fun and Fiber Arts!

Crafting has always been a part of my life. My mother and grandmother both crafted and influenced me heavily. From them and from my friends I've learned and enjoy so many crafts! The Fiber Arts crafts are the ones that have been a constant in my life. When I'm not tinkering with yarn, fiber or fabric - I feel a bit lost.

I believe the love and care I put into my items shows through in my work. When you purchase from my shop, you know you'll have the best!

Frequently asked questions
Dye notes:

I do my best to exhaust my dye and carefully rinse my yarn and fiber afterward. But please be aware that very saturated colorways may have a bit of color run when washing, this is not bleeding (when the dye isn't bound to the fiber), and will rinse out without loss of color. It's common for colors with some of the magenta, turquoise and black dyes. I mix my own colors so these colors may be present in the dye mixtures.
