Arrived safely and packaged really well. I don't remember in the description one of the containers being severely cracked and tried to have been repaired with glue...but here I am. Unfortunately, these are the wrong size for what I need so I will be reselling if anyone is interested.

Hi Mary. I am sorry for your disappointment. I did show the repair in 4 of the 10 photos and I also noted in the description the "coffee cansister has large repair on back-still good for display". I hope you can resell them.

This buckle is in very nice condition and the tooling is much clearer than the photo indicated. My husband selected this buckle to go with his new belt as he is a Shriner and the tooling was meaningful to him. The package arrived fast and was very nicely wrapped too! Great service and highly recommended.

Damaged items: Please contact me immediately if items arrived damage. In order to obtain a refund, I will need description of damage and photos of damaged parcel, photo of shipping label on box and photos of the damaged item. I will open a damaged item claim with the usps then provide a refund
Missing package (NOT marked delivered): if you item is in transit limbo, please open a missing package request with the post office and provide me with the claim/ID. That sometimes allows them to track it and it makes it start moving again. If after you submit the claim in 1 week from claim date the items is still not in transit I will provide a refund
Missing package. MARKED DELIVERED. If you have an item that is showing delivered and it is not there, please verify the address you put on Etsy, check with your neighbors if it got delivered to the wrong house and you can call your local post office and they can inquire with the delivery person. I DO NOT issue refunds on packages marked delivered. A claim needs to be opened with the USPS. I am happy to provide you with package size and information so you can fill out your claim.
