ORIGINAL FINE ART AND GICLEE PRINTS

Most of my work is original oil paintings, colored pencil drawings or limited edition giclee prints. Once a limited run is sold, I will never make more prints of that image.

Those pieces with unlimited prints available are specifically noted in the descriptions.

UNIQUE, CUSTOM CORSETRY AND COSTUMES

All of my corsets are custom drafted from the measurements I am provided, and all design details are negotiable. Some of the basics are listed in my shop, but if you would like something completely unique please convo me or send an alchemy request with the details.

Any size and figure, from petite to robust, male or female, is welcome. Prices are by style and embellishment, not by size.

If you are in the Sacramento or San Francisco Bay Areas, I am also available for fittings. Mock-ups by mail cost extra.

GUARANTEED WORKMANSHIP

I guarantee my work, so if the corset is less than perfect when it arrives, don’t hesitate to let me know as soon as possible so we can fix the problem or replace the corset as needed. I make a limited lifetime guarantee that the corset will be free of defects in materials or manufacture. The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or damage that occurs as a direct result of its use or improper storage.

During the life of the corset, many issues crop up (even normal wear and tear or accidental damage) that can often be mended at a low cost or sometimes for free. No matter how long you have had your corset, I will be happy to hear from you.

GUARANTEED FIT

Even without a mock-up, as long as I am provided accurate measurements I guarantee the fit of my corsets when they arrive. Even if the ill fit is a result of inaccurate measurements, it might be possible to modify the corset to fit for a small fee. I do not guarantee the fit if the customer’s measurements change (weight loss or gain). If you are planning to diet, please mention this during the quote and design process so we can discuss some of the design options available to customers who are transitioning through sizes.

Deposits on custom items are non-refundable once work has begun.

Any item may be returned for any reason within 14 days. I will refund the sale price, minus shipping costs and deposit amount (if any).

Original artwork and art prints in good condition may be returned at any time for a full refund of the sale price.
Payment
I prefer payment by PayPal, but will also accept personal check, cashier's check, and money order by arrangement. Payment must be received and clear in full before I will ship any ordered items.

Some custom items requiring a significant investment of time or money may require a non-refundable deposit before work begins. If this is the case, it will be specified in the description of the item.
Shipping
All of my items are carefully packaged to help ensure they reach their destinations safely. Ready-to-ship items are typically sent out within five days of payment clearing. Custom items are sent out within five days of completion or payment clearing, whichever happens later.

I use the USPS Priority mail for most of my shipping within the USA, with delivery confirmation and insurance added.

For international orders, I use the USPS International Priority Mail, which includes tracking and insurance. All international orders must pass through customs, and I will need to check for any special requirements of the destination country. For example, clothing items may not be imported to Italy, so I cannot mail any corset or costume items to an address in that country.

If you have special shipping requirements, please ask. I am usually willing to make special arrangements. All items are shipped with insurance and delivery confirmation when possible. For orders shipped outside the USA, if your country charges customs fees on imported goods you are responsible for those fees.

If there is any question regarding shipping costs, I will verify the actual shipping costs and adjust the billing accordingly.
