My graphics may be used for making items for sale. They just can not be resold as they were sold to you. They must be used in some creative manner that is your own. ex. I sell a collage sheet and you may digatally alter or use for crafts or altered art items but you can not resell the collage sheet. My banners are to be used by you only and can be edited by you but cannot be resold or altered and resold. Personal use only on banners. Logos my be used in your html templates that you make for sale for auction sites etc., but you may not resell the logo its self. I hope that all makes sense. If not please email me.

Returns and exchanges
Because I mainly sell graphics I don't do refunds or exchanges. But if you accidently lose or delete your banner or graphic I will resend it to you. I keep them on file for about 3 months before I delete it.
Payment
I accept pay pal payment. I don't charge tax on any of my items.
Shipping
All banners and collage sheets are emailed in a zip file. If I am selling any physical items I do combine shipping for you. Just purchase the items you want and I will send an adjusted invoice to you. Please specify parcel post or priority mail as well as if you want insurance or not. I do provide a tracking number for all shipments.
Additional policies and FAQs
I do custom orders and will work with you till you are satisfied. All custom orders are paid upfront. I will send an invoice for the amount discussed and agreed upon.
