* We live in a small village, surrounded by mountains, fl✿wers, trees and all kinds of animals, so every craft that we create is inspired on them ♥

* As Nature Lovers, we try to include in our work items that are as natural as possible, like roots, branches, leafs, flowers, insects, feathers, metal/silver, crystals, clay, resin, and much more. All butterflies, bugs, branches and feathers are cruelty free, we would not harm a living creature for the purpose of making jewelry.

* Our jewelry/home decor is created by both of us, me and Bruno, my companion in this journey.
Bruno is the Free Spirit Artist guided by he's own rhythm, flow and inspiration. I myself, am also a Free Spirit, in Love with Animals and Nature.
We merge our work together to achieve both of our magic and flow into all the pieces created.

* We usually don´t take custom orders for one simple reason, Art needs inspiration and time, everything we create comes with the flow of the moment, and creating a custom piece puts us a little under pressure, and sometimes things don´t go as smoothly as we hope.

* We are always looking for new things to create, something new and unusual.

Returns and exchange details
* We will only refund/exchange an item after it is sent back, and received, in the same conditions as we have sent you, intact.

* We are Not responsible if a package is delayed or not delivered, however, we will refund you (not including made to order pieces) or re-send it to you as soon as it returns to us.

* For Exchange orders, you are responsible to pay for the postage.

*All packages are shipped with greatest care. We are not responsible if the package arrives damaged. You must REFUSE to accept shipment if the package is damaged and fill a report in your local post office. Please make sure everything is in order before accepting your package.

*If your order does not arrive to its destination , it means the post offices failed to deliver or you haven´t claimed the package at your local post office. In case this happens, the package will be shipped back to us, as it always does. When it arrives, only then, we will refund you for the item (shipping not included) . Please understand that we do not control the post offices, it is up to them to do a good job and deliver a package. And is up to you to also take this in consideration before purchasing.

*Our tracking number does not work in every country, some countries end up changing the number before shipping to your home, so it makes it harder to track. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact your post office with the number we provide you , and you can also contact us for some support if needed.

* We provide tracking number services with all deliveries.

* Your package may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.
We are not responsible for these charges or delays and we are not aware of the costs that your country may apply.

* Our work will be send out within 5-10 working days by the time your order was made. For custom orders, it can take up to 3 weeks to be shipped.

* We will ship to the address mentioned on your Etsy receipt. Your shipping address must be current and correct. We are not responsible for packages being sent to outdated or incorrect addresses. If you'd like us to send you to a different address, please mention it before checkout, or by private message.

This is just an estimate, it can take less or longer depending on how fast your post offices work, holidays, strikes, weather... Please do take in consideration that if your package is delayed, it is not our fault and it's not in our hands.
A tracking number is sent with every order so you can check with your post office.

Custom and personalized orders

For custom orders you will have to pay at least for half of it before we can get started on the piece (this is not refundable).

Gift wrapping and packaging

We do not make gift wrappings because our orders are already sent out as gifts, full of dried flowers, confetti, stickers...they usually are sent in a small plastic bag, but we are starting to change that into paper bags that are beautiful and do very well as gift wrapps already. We do accept personal messages and have lovely little cards to write those.

Materials

We do not use real silver, or sterling silver in our jewelry. Most of them are made with 925 silver plated, copper plated, brass (nickel and lead free), black metal and polymer clay.
For the chains we mostly use silver plated, copper plated, bronze plated, gun metal grey, black metal or suede cords.
