p.s 1: Most of the Raku Pottery items are not food safe except the items that have been glazed with food-safe glaze. Ask for your item for more info.
p.s 2: The BEST, FASTEST, CHEAPEST, AND TRUSTY WAY to ship your order safe and with tracking code is the Greek Elta Post Office. The thing is that is really expensive. (but is the cheapest way compared to the other shipping methods). We don't charge you for any packing materials or procedures we are making and also we try to cover a small percentage of your shipping cost. We always send your order at: "A PRIORITY" WITH TRACKING CODE.
You can compare the price of A priority with the Tracking Code shipping cost of your item (www.elta.gr) is a little lower than the original shipping price of the Elta Post (depending of the weight of your order) because we pay a small percentage so you can have a little lower shipping cost. That's the best from our side to give you the best customer experience you can have even if we have to pay a little more to send your order safe to you.

George Sifounios Has Passion Love for Pottery and for this he make now 25 years of practice on Potter's wheel and he continues to pottery making and pottery throwing, raku ceramics, pottery painting, pottery glazing, and even more.
George Sifounios is a Potter of many techniques, as he never stops growing and developing in this art even after so many years of practicing pottery. He focuses on international pottery techniques and he is keen on spreading the love for pottery and teaching others interesting techniques. From molding up pottery to painting on the finite product, George loves each bit of hard work and this can be seen on the pottery items he creates.
From traditional Greek methods to Japanese Raku pottery, George Sifounios is a forever learner of pottery with a master-level hand touch.
His belief in the power of pottery extends to curious eyes and he has made a YouTube channel called Sifounios Pottery where he explains and shows various techniques and levels of pottery. He welcomes pottery lovers every Friday with a new instructional video on making pottery. Besides pottery, he is also a painter of clay art which he displays in his pottery videos.
George Sifounios has built over the years a rich and diverse portfolio of pottery items such as pottery mugs, bowls, plates or even Ancient Greek Amphoras. He makes traditional Greek Pottery such as Pottery Barbeque (fou fou), Greek traditional Chimney, Greek Pottery Casseroles, Lerian Large Pottery Bowls painted with olives, and more.

Gift wrapping and packaging
All items are packaged very well carefully and safely wrap with bubble wrap, according to size placed in the hard box.
The shipping price includes packaging.
We Ship and give you tracking Number on 48 hours after receiving your payment.
I ship with the Greek Post, ( http://www.elta.gr/) to your house so please specify your home adress and your personal information very carefully.
You will get a tracking number so you can know where exactly your order is.
Your order(s) will be shipped within 48 hours after receiving your payment.
REFUND
If you are unhappy with the purchase for any reason, you can return it within 10 days of receipt, in original condition. Let me know first with a message; once I have received and inspected the package I will refund the amount due except shipping costs, in this case will be your responsibility.
The products on order can be replaced with same goods, shipping costs always at your expense.
DAMAGED GOODS OR LOST PARCEL
If you have any problem with damaged Items then , you will be required to send to me a PHOTOS OF DAMAGES (in case of damaged items) and a YOUR PHONE NUMBER. after you have sent me these two necessary information (in order to open the complaint to the postal company), you can choose to be refunded or replace the goods. you might be prompted additional information later if the postal company needs it.
