Handmade Jewelry and Designer

Hello there! My name is Ana, and I am the creator behind all things Sifrimania.
I have always had a passion for crafts and hand-made artistry, but in early 2o13 I decided to channel that passion into making my work available to customers everywhere through online stores. After months of searching for the perfect platform, I eventually found Etsy, where I opened my store on April of 2o14.
Design is my favorite hobby, and inspiration comes to me on the strangest of times. Sometimes I’ll be exercising outdoors or cooking a meal and an idea will hit me. The first thing I do once I’m done is take my notebook and make a quick sketch. Then I’ll begin trying and testing different materials until the final product begins to take shape. I specially love to incorporate bright, bold colors and diverse textures into my designs.
My only goal is and will always be to make sure the client is happy and satisfied with their purchase, as well as to let them know that each piece was made with an immense amount of affection and dedication. I genuinely believe that the most valuable aspect of my work is the love that is put into it.
Moreover, I treasure the memories that I have made in this journey. Once, at a Christmas craft show, a young boy of about seven came up to me with three dollars and asked me what he could get for his sister as a Christmas gift. I took a lovely bracelet, of much higher value, and gave it to him wrapped in a gift bag. He hugged me tight, thanking me before running to whom I assume was his mother. That boy’s smile was priceless, and it lives in my memory as a testament of what I do this for.
Another one of my passions is my family, with whom I share my work and my life. My mother helps with self-promoting the store on and off-line, while my niece helps in translating and editing, since English is not my first language. Rocky, our loving and playful golden retriever, provides constant companionship while I work.
I hope this gives you some insight into my life, my process, and my purpose in creating Sifrimania and that you feel as at home in my store as I do! :-)

Sifrimania is a concept that comes from the combination of a Latin word "sifri" that signifies a way of living, always being up to date with fashion, feeling good about yourself, and standing out from the rest; and "mania" which is maniac in spanish, when you become addicted to this concept. The community of Etsy, in its majority, the people who sell their handmade products have their own role in the concept I previously explained, since they are products made with love, dedication, and exquisite taste.

I´m an artist who like design and who has been in the business of creating and selling Handmade Bijouterie with gold filled, sterling silver and most of my pieces have soldering technique and goldsmith jewelry for over 5 years, selling in boutiques, craft markets, and charitable Trades.

I ship worldwide via 1st class international mail . All items arrive well protected which I further put in a bubble envelope.
Shipping is withing 2-3 days of full payment being received. 

A note will be sent within a day to confirm your order.
I reserve the right to refuse service. Some times I don't be able to find the materials that customers required.
I SHIP from my studio in Miami, Florida asap or within 48h after payment has been received - to your address on Etsy file unless notified otherwise - USPS 1st class w/ tracking number.
Shipping
USA CUSTOMERS:

- For "Rush shipping" , select a USPS quote when you place your order.
- Feel free to track you package w/ the tracking.

- You agree not to hold me responsible if USPS loses your package or is delayed in delivery - the tracking should be a valuable tool for you.

- You agree not to hold me responsible if you put on your order a wrong shipping address.
- You also agree that if the USPS tracking shows that the package was delivered but you did not receive it, you will not hold me responsible and you will take this issue directly with your postal office and / or the management of any deliveries in your community.

In any case, I will be always available to resolve any issues that arise. My only goal is that you as a customer feel happy and satisfied
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:

- I ship 1st class USPS International, however, there is NO Tracking number available once it has departed the USA, so we have no means of tracking the Delivery of the package. So if you haven't received the package, I can only prove to you that I did "my part" of mailing it, but I cannot guaranty you the delivery of the package.
Once a package leaves my hands I have NO control over the time frame and cannot be help responsible.
Sifrimania is also NOT responsible for confirming the delivery of domestic or international packages. As long as tracking shows that the package has left OUR hands, we have no further responsibility. We will NOT replace packages that are claimed to not be received by the customer because there is no way to confirm tracking internationally.
International shipping can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks and we have NO control over that. We will not refund due to slow shipping on the part of the postal service.
If you purchase from my shop you agree you will not hold me responsible for any delay or lost packages, however, I will refund you the cost of goods if the package is resent to me.


INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM / TAX / DUTIES

The price of our products does not include any duties, tax or VAT. We just charge you product and shipping costs only. if you are charged a VAT or any type of custom duty / tax, you just need to pay it.


In most countries, the buyer (you) has to pay taxes or duties on imported goods. The laws are different in every country. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to know the regulations / customs /practices /loopholes / paperwork /codes and such of every single country. Therefore, it is your responsibility to find out that information BEFORE you order with us as you (the buyer) are responsible for any / all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties etc associated with the purchase/shipping of the item to your respective country should they incur at the time of delivery 

PLEASE NOTE:
*The invoice generated by your transaction is the invoice that I will use as my packing / custom slip - Also I will not be held responsible for items damaged by customs. Please refer to your country's import regulations.
* Orders shipped to South America and Mexico could take 45 days to be delivered. We ship your order the day after that you make your purchase, but we can't have the control of the Post delivery service, so If you buy a product from my store that will be ship to South America and Mexico you agree to wait at least 45 days to receive your package.

Each product is carefully bubble wrapped and well protected to be shipped.

Almost all my products are shipped with a beautiful gift bag and organza pouch, ready to make them as a gift. Also, I can put inside your order a gift message for your recipient if you ask me to do it but I will not send any message in a card that includes profanity, racial comments, derogatory comments, sexism, ageism, sexual orientation, violence, or other message deemed inappropriate by me. If you have a question regarding the appropriateness of your message, you can ask first to be sure.

Refunds and Exchanges
As I want my clients to be happy, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase I wilI be happy to refund your money, except shipping money, to your Paypal or credit card account, if I receive the jewelry unworn, re sellable and in its original condition in 7 days of receipt.
I use top of the line products but keep in mind that these little works of art need to be treated respectfully. Many items used are fragile. Please contact me before returning an item. In such cases clients will be charged with the shipping costs and refunds will be given after I receive the item. If you don't contact me immediately after receipt, I will assume that you accepted the item as it is.
For hygiene reasons, I cannot refund any earrings, unless they are faulty.

It is very important to me that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase and I will do all I can to make sure this happens.
Additional policies and FAQs
Handmade Jewelry is more fragile than industrially made items, therefore it needs to be handled with care and consideration.
A lot of my jewellery is made with silver plated and gold plated solid brass or any other metal. It will tarnish or darken over time because the silver reacts with oxygen in the air. This is perfectly normal, but you can remove any marks by gently polishing the metal with a soft dry cloth. 


Please store necklaces by suspending them to avoid kinks or bends in the wire.

Many of my items are made with glass beads, so they can break or chip if dropped onto a hard surface.

Steps to Care for your Beautiful Beads:


Step 1. Keep your accessory away from the following as much as possible:

a. Water, lotion, perfume, or other harsh chemicals

b. NEVER wear your accessories in the pool or ocean

c. When NOT wearing, keep in a jewelry box or pouch. 

Step 2. Do not use soap/water or jewelry cleaner to clean your beads. I recommend that you wipe softly with a dry cloth.

Shipping & Delivery times

Domestic US:
We ship the orders the same day or the next business day after you place your order by the shipping service that you select in your order. We will provide you a tracking number. Feel free to track you package w/ the tracking.
International Shipping Outside US:
I ship 1st class USPS International, however, there is NO Tracking number available once it has departed the USA, so we have no means of tracking the Delivery of the package. The delivery time is up to each postal service and country customs. Please read the complete shop policies for more information.

Can I buy products from a different sellers and pay one shipping?

No. If you buy products from different sellers, you should pay the shipping for each product. If you buy more than one product from the same seller, you can pay one shipping for the all products that you buy from the same seller.

Care instructions

In order to prevent tarnish and keep it shiny for a long time, it is important that you don't wear it while washing/bathing/showering, do not spray perfume on it, and avoid contact with soap/creams. Don't wear jewelry while sleeping.
