Shipping Policies
We ship all orders usually within 24 to 48 hours from the time of purchase.
We use USPS Ground Shipping and Priority Mail for our packages. All items include tracking information.

We reuse packing material whenever possible to save on waste and help the environment.
We do NOT ship internationally - within the United States only.
Returns or Problems With an Order
Because we strive to list each item as accurately as possible along with many photos of the item, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.
If you have a problem with an order, please contact us immediately.
If we have accidentally overlooked an issue with an item, we would appreciate knowing. We can't fix it if we don't know about it. :o)
Please note we do not offer exchanges under any circumstances. Once an item reaches a customer, we can no longer verify the integrity of the piece. We deal with vintage items that are hard to find, and making sure they meet our high expectations is one of our top priorities.

Why the name Sifted and Refined?
The answer comes from Scripture. Jesus told Peter that satan asked to sift him as wheat (Luke 22:31). When wheat was "sifted", it was vigorously shaken to separate the wheat from the chaff. Psalm 66:10 says that God "refined us as silver". Some of us are sifted to shake out the debris before the refining process can begin to buff off our rough edges. It's a lifelong process for this Believer.
Thus ... "Sifted and Refined". :o)
Gift wrapping and packaging
We are pleased to offer the "gift" option on all of our items. Our jewelry is normally packaged in velvet drawstring bags or in some cases jewelry type cardboard gift boxes with padding - both suitable for gift giving.
Gift recipients are not sent invoices with prices in the package, but do include any gift message you add when placing your order and a packing slip.
