Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept returns or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders

I will do whatever necessary to see that you are satisfied in your purchase, but refunds are not available. If in the event you have a problem with an item upon receiving it, I will be more than happy to edit or replace the item. Please note that buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs during return shipment.
Payment
Please contact me with any questions. Paypal fees are already included in item price. Sales tax is applied at checkout.
Shipping
All items are mailed in a protective envelope.
For custom silhouettes:
All items are shipped via USPS, with tracking and insurance, unless other arrangements are requested.
If in the event an item is damaged upon arrival, customer covers the cost of returning the item for a replacement. I will cover additional shipping of a new product back to you.
If you would like an item expedited, drop me a note, and I can inform you as to additional shipping fees.
Contact me for special shipping prices if purchasing from outside the USA.
For custom portraits, please allow at least one-two weeks from order placement for shipment, however, most silhouettes ship within 3-5 business days.
For international shipping, please contact me.
Additional policies and FAQs
I am a portrait artist. Please bear in mind that you are commissioning a traditional piece of art, and not a computer-generated silhouette. I cut all portraits free-hand and I do my very best to render a true and accurate likeness...I hope you are pleased with the results! If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with my work, please contact me as soon as possible. If you have any questions about my technique or specific requests in regards to your silhouette, please ask prior to purchasing your item.
