**As a rule, given that we've got busy kids at home, we typically do not reply to messages on weekends, but will do our best to answer all messages within a day or 2. Your questions and concerns are important to us.

Returns and exchange details
Given the custom nature of our products, there are no refunds because everything is made to order. If there is a manufacturing defect, you can return the product within 14 days and it will be fixed at no cost to you - but please contact us first.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us and we will work together to make sure you are satisfied with your product. There may be some cost involved, depending on what needs to be done.

Please keep in mind that the majority of our items are handmade and there may occasionally be some minor imperfections or variations.
We happily accept payments through Paypal, as well as Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Payment is required before we can begin work on your order.

Cancelling an order - this can only be done up to 3 days after your purchase, due to the time and materials involved. A full refund will be given to you within 3 days, after that there are no refunds.
We ship to the shipping address provided in your Etsy purchase. If you need it sent to a different address, please include that in your Notes to the Seller when checking out.
If you have entered the wrong address when placing your order, please contact us to let us know that you need to change the shipping address.

All orders are shipped within 3-4 weeks, once you've approved your proof. Most will ship sooner. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for international shipping. Occasionally it can take up to a month, so please plan accordingly.

We ship all order within the US via USPS Priority Mail. International Orders are shipped via USPS 1st Class Mail.

All shipping charges are per address. You can only ship to one address per transaction. If you are shopping for multiple people at different addresses, each order will need to be placed separately.

We are not responsible for undelivered, misdelivered or undeliverable packages or packages that are damaged or destroyed in transit. If you are concerned about that, please contact me in advance and you can purchase insurance. If you fear that your package has been lost, please contact USPS directly.

With international orders, please respect that we cannot declare your order on your customs form as a "gift" or state a lesser value.

We make every effort to accurately display our product colors, However, please be aware that the final color of your product may vary due to different monitor settings.

We always provide a proof free of charge prior to production. These proofs are lo-res image (not suitable for printing). You can make any changes at this time. Once approved, we will begin production on your order.
This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through or its related sites and services.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control, including Etsy or any third party services you access through Etsy. You can reference the Etsy Privacy Policy to learn more about its privacy practices.

To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order of a silhouette print, for example), if you contact me directly.

I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:

as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for my mailing list;
if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and
as necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as 1) providing and improving my services. I use your information to provide the services you requested and in my legitimate interest to improve my services; and 2) Compliance with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use. I use your information as necessary to comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
