I can't thank you enough for this fantastic little sidekick!! Who said boys can't have dolls?! My son was ecstatic when George arrived at our door. Transaction was pleasant and painless and I can't wait to spoil the next little girl I know with a Sillabilla doll. Cheers and thanks Aimee :)

Additional policies and FAQs
children are messy and their friend will get dirty too! since the doll is made of wool (and wool will felt with hot water and agitation), i really only recommend spot cleaning with some lukewarm water. if you do not feel like the spot cleaning is getting the job done, you can place the doll in a lukewarm bath made with a wool soap such as eucalan – please do NOT use hot water or regular detergent. When you place the doll in the bath, try not to submerge the hair or face. if you can, try to just gently blot or rub any stains on the face with a cloth. don’t scrub or agitate the wool too much. once you feel the doll has had a nice clean soaking, drain the soapy water and fill the bath up with some clean water to rinse the doll. again, try not to agitate too much, just a gentle swishing around to make sure the suds are out. next, roll the doll up in a towel to absorb the water. try not to squeeze too much! follow with a second towel and then place in a warm sunny window to dry. the doll may take a day or so to dry out completely – don’t try to rush it by placing her in the dryer. the heat will cause the wool to felt up! that being said, if you are in a real hurry, you could try an “air fluff” setting (does not use heat) on the dryer with some extra towels thrown in to try to speed up the process.
