Art (!!!<3), paper printed on, wrapping (so cute!), and the pins are so solid and vivid! Took time to get here cus I’m in the US, which is completely reasonable. It was so worth the wait.

Gift wrapping and packaging
Due to certain personal environmental policies I have, my packing materials are mainly reused materials. I make sure that they are clean and in good condition to be reused.
If you wish to send items as gifts, please opt for gift wrap. I will seek the more presentable looking packing materials.
I own a dog
People with dog allergies please take note that the parcels might not be entirely dog hair free. :I
Shipping problems- delays, missing post
Shipping delays can usually be expected around peak season shipping- eg. Christmas, etc. Mucho patience is requested ><
Regarding missing post, it’s actually a very rare occurrence, in fact I’ve not encountered it .. yet. Usually it’s parcel delay. You can check the status of your parcel via this link: https://track.pos.com.my/postal-services/quick-access/?track-trace. Key in the tracking number I provided to you.
If parcel is undelivered within 3 weeks and there have been no updates on the tracking, please contact/visit your local post office. There could be a chance of your parcel encountering a failed delivery and nobody was informed to claim it. Unclaimed parcels will usually be shipped back to me after 2 weeks.
Shipping problems- Returned parcels
Unclaimed parcels will be shipped back to me- I will contact you if this happens, and ask if you would like it to be reshipped to you. Please note that shipping will not be FOC, but I don't mind footing in half the shipping bill.
If you'd rather forfeit the purchase, I can offer you a refund on the items, but not the shipping.
