That is the nature of hand created pyrography. The burning is done with a pen with an extremely hot tip. It is a slow process that takes patience. In the end you have a piece of art, or sign with a more rustic look which is what we at Silver Bends are trying to achieve. No two signs will ever be identical. In order to achieve perfection in black it would have to be laser engraved or have vinyl cut with a cricut machine. It comes down to choice of which product you prefer. Thank you for your feedback!
