A little story

I am a seller from Hong Kong.

Hong Kong is one of the business place in the world. Hong Kong people are very busy every day and are able to cope with change and challenges all the time.

You may find different designs on ring pillow/bearer, flower bouquets and flower/wedding crown, etc.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

ALL SALES ARE FINAL as all order are "made to order" . We will not accept any order cancellation. Thank you!

Re: wrong shipment address given by buyer due to undelivery:
In case the parcel return, we can arrange re-shipment, however, buyer will pay shipment cost again. Since all orders are "made to order", no refund is accepted.
We accept Paypal (this includes E-cheque - direct transfer from your bank account through PayPal)

Payment must be made in 2-4 days. If you need a longer payment day for any reasons, "please convo me" so that I can keep track of your order!! Otherwise your sale will be cancelled and products will be relisted again without notice. (Please communicate with me via "Conversation" in etsy) Thank you for your attention.
We use standard international Airmail, it will come with a tracking number for order over $20.

We will ship your order to your given "etsy address" unless we got confirmation either via "etsy conversation" or "message to seller" section during your check out. We cannot do anything if the parcel has gone.

Please note the current production time and shipment delivery standard below:

Production time:
Ring pillows, flower crowns and hair accessories 3-5 working days
Flower bouquets - 3-6 weeks (Pls contact me for shipment and production time)

Standard delivery:
12-18 "WORKING" DAYs (approx. 3-4 weeks) to US,
12-16 "WORKING DAYS to Canada and United Kingdom (approx. 3-4 weeks).
8-10 "WORKING DAYS to Australia (approx. 2 weeks)
All other countries - 2-4 weeks

It may take longer time if it is under unexpected Customs inspection in your countries. ★★SO PLEASE PLAN AHEAD TO PLACE YOUR ORDER AT LEAST 2-3 MONTHS BEFORE YOUR WEDDING.★★

Standard delivery is 3-5 "working" days from HONG KONG to USA and most countries.

Rush order
If you have a tight schedule and need us to make a rush order for you, please contact us and we will try to work this out as it will depend on our current workload, materials availabilty, etc. Additional fee is required in this situation.

Please kindly understand that we will not responsible for any loss in transit.

All sales are made to order therefore should be final. No cancellation is accepted.
