I sell Wedding Decor, Baby Décor, and Home Décor, as well as hardware and findings.

All of my wood items are solid wood. Most are of them have a turnaround time of 4 to 6 weeks to complete.

RUSH ORDERS
If you need your order quicker, please notify me before ordering. Rush orders take top priority and if needed, your order will be sent USPS 2 Day Priority for a 2 to 3 day delivery.

U.S. SHIPPING
USPS First Class ( delivery time 2 - 5 days)
USPS 2 Day Priority ( delivery time 2 - 3 days).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All International orders are sent USPS Priority International for tracking and insurance purposes. Delivery time is 6 - 10 days.

I gladly accept returns and cancellations
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 5 days of purchase
I don't accept exchanges
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Returns and exchange details
I accept returns ONLY on supplies....latches, locks and keys.

DAMAGED ITEMS IN THE MAIL

I do not refund for shipping on damaged items in the mail, as the shipping and handling of the postal workers are out of OUR control, as we are not the postae handlers. All of our boxes are written with fragile and glass on ALL sides of the box for the postal worker to see. We are not to blame if they do not heed these warnings. When returning a damaged item for repair, please wrap CAREFULLY, as any other damage done on the return that is not shown in your picture or written correspondence to me will not be my responsibility.

All of our items are inspected carefully before mailing, so if an item arrives damaged to you during the mailing process, please notify me ASAP the same day you receive and open your order! I will need to see a PICTURE of the damage in question and the damaged shipping box if damaged as well BEFORE mailing back to me. A USPS tracking number must be given to me to track from door to door. The USPS notes when an item was delivered.

We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. Once the item is mailed out, it is in the hands of the USPS. The customer will need to submit an insurance claim to be reimbursed (if insurance is purchased). Mailing USPS 2 &3 Day Priority gives the customer up to $50.00 insurance. Any more insurance is up to the customer to purchase.

A MISTAKE ON OUR PART

If a mistake was made on OUR part. I will refund the original shipping so the package can be sent back to be altered. Once altered, the item will be shipped back and we will pay for shipping.

INTERNATIONAL MAILINGS

We are not responsible for Custom fees. Fees are the responsibility of the customer. USPS cannot guarantee if Countries charge fees, and if so, we would not be able to calculate the fees for another Country.

WEATHER/NATURE RELATED ISSUESS

We are not responible for service disruptions due to weather-related and other natural disasters issues, as this will delay packages.

I accept returns and refunds ONLY on supplies....latches, locks and keys, which are not handmade and personalized.

All returns MUST have a USPS tracking number. When you receive the tracking number from the Post Office, please send us the tracking number so that we BOTH can track the package. A refund will NOT be given, until the tracking number is given to us.

DAMAGED ITEMS IN THE MAIL

I do not refund for shipping on damaged items in the mail, as the shipping and handling of the Postal workers are out of MY control. When returning a damaged item for repair, please take a picture of said damage. Please wrap CAREFULLY, as any other damage done on the return that is not shown in your picture and written in your correspondence to me will not be my responsibility.

All of our items are inspected carefully before mailing, so if an item arrives damaged to you, it transpired during the shipping process. Please notify me ASAP the same day you receive and open your order! I will need to see a PICTURE of the damage in question and the damaged shipping box, if damaged as well, BEFORE mailing back to me. A USPS tracking number must be given to me to track from door to door. The USPS notes when an item was delivered.
