Thank you for looking at my shop! The pieces I make come from the idea that it's nice to have jewellery that's a little different from what's in all the chain stores out there! Having an online shop means you don't have to worry about the hassle of going shopping with all those crowds, too.

Each piece you order will be wrapped separately, let me know if you would like to save and have it all in one box/bag!

I hope you love the jewellery I make! But if you have any problems, let me know as soon as possible. Any product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and undamaged within 14 days of having received the order. The cost of the item will be refunded minus the shipping fee. Unfortunately for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
Please make sure you pay for any items, with Paypal, purchased within 3 days and let me know if you have any problems paying, I will always try to help. Please remember that items will not be shipped unless and until payment has been made.

If I do not receive payment within 1 day of purchase, I will email you an invoice through Paypal.
I ship to your Etsy address; if you would like it sent to a different address, please write so in the ‘Note to Seller’ box at the checkout.

I ship within 3 business days of your order being placed. For orders outside the UK I use standard email. Please note I am generally not responsible for things that are lost in the post. However, I am willing to compensate items lost in the post at or below the value of $50 (except if the item was shipped through “International Signed For” option). Please let me know as soon as possible if items are lost through the post.

I offer the 'International Signed For' option which is a signed for secured service. Please contact me if you would like this option before purchasing. It is approximately $7 extra on top of the item price.

The majority of items will arrive in an organza bag whereas more delicate items will be in a small gift-wrapped box. Where multiple pieces are ordered, I put them in the same bag or box. If you would prefer otherwise, please let me know in the ‘Note to Seller’ box.

Care Policy

Many of the items are vintage and quite delicate so please take care when you wear them. Factors that may affect the discolouring of jewellery pieces are: perfume, water, constant exposure to sunlight, amongst other things. Please take due care and regard of the physical nature of the jewellery. The components may have tarnishes, nicks or scratches etc. Though I try to make our photography as accurate in colour as possible, please note that colours of the items listed may vary on different computer monitors.

Custom Orders:

I am welcome to receive custom orders in my discretion, depending on the nature of the items requested.

Payment for custom orders:
For orders over $100, a deposit of 10% must be made as soon as quote has been agreed between us. Payment policy still applies.

Custom orders normally take anything between 1-4 weeks upon placing the order depending on existing supplies. The consumer has the right to cancel or amend the order within the first week of placing the order. Due to the unique nature of each client’s specification, we are unable to cancel or amend the order after this time. In the event of amending the order, it may be subject to a new quote that requires additional payment.
