If you have ordered a ring and the size is not right and you need to have it resized, I will be happy to do it but there is a $15 stocking fee plus shipping costs. So it is much better to have the right size from the beginning! If you would like to buy a ring but are not sure of your ring size, I can send you a ring sizer free of charge. Just send me a message with your request and an address.

For domestic orders I ship USPS First Class Mail, and shipping costs include delivery confirmation. If you prefer Priority Mail, you can choose to upgrade at checkout for an additional $4.15. The USPS says that First Class takes 2-5 days and Priority Mail 1-3 days, but neither is guaranteed in that time frame.

In regards to customs fees: International customers are responsible for all fees imposed, including import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the buyer's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays of weeks or months. I do not refund original shipping charges for buyers who refuse items due to not wanting to pay the customs charges applied by their country.
