I am a sculptor and cake artist based in Surrey. I have been interested in art since I was a child, but left it behind when I went to university to study Geography. However, after leaving uni I picked it up again, and started to create works inspired by my day time job as an ecologist! I love creating tiny pieces of art which give people the opportunity to have a piece of British Wildlife at home on their shelf!

Thanks for visiting my shop! I make almost all of my ornaments from an air drying modelling clay. Although I often varnish these, they are not completely waterproof so please avoid getting any ornaments wet!

I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Refunds are available if the customer changes their mind, however, the return postage is paid by the customer and only the price of the item can be refunded. Refunds are available up to 14 days after receiving the item.

If the item is damaged or faulty, please send me a photograph and a full refund may be issued.

Custom orders are non refundable.
Shipping
All of my items are sent by Royal Mail, second class unless stated otherwise. Shipping upgrades are available, including first class and recorded/tracked delivery. Predicted delivery times are as follows:

UK 2nd class: 2-3 working days
UK 1st class or recorded delivery: 1-3 working days after sending.
Europe: 3-5 working days after sending.
USA & rest of the world (standard and tracked): 5-7 working days after sending.

My responsibility ends once the item has been posted. Please note that the delivery times stated above are an estimate. Delivery times can be slowed down around Christmas, at no fault of my own, so please order promptly to avoid items arriving late.

Items will be sent through a standard service, unless stated differently in the product description. If you would like a tracked or signed for service, please use the shipping upgrade option.

If items are lost in the post, please contact me. Royal mail offer £20 compensation for international parcels or £50 for tracked parcels. If you are ordering more than £20 worth of stock, please select a tracked service. I cannot fully refund you if orders get lost and are not covered by a tracked service.

Some countries may issue custom charges on your parcel's arrival, I can not take any responsibility for these charges.

If for some reason your parcel is returned to me, undelivered, I will issue a refund for the item only. Postage can only be refunded if the fault is my own - i.e. I wrote the address wrong.
