I take great pride in my work and I want you to be delighted with your purchase. If that is not the case, please return your item within seven days of initial receipt. I will refund your payment promptly with the exception of shipping charges. I will not refund a payment until I receive the item in its original condition. Please be certain of your ring size as there will be a $10 fee for ring resizing ($50 for gold rings). Custom orders (that includes rings) may not be returned, but may be exchanged if they have not been engraved. Engraved rings may not be returned.

*I accept Etsy Direct Checkout and Paypal, am Paypal verified, and have Paypal Premium status. Your item will ship within 2-3 weeks after receipt of payment as most items are custom/made to order items unless a different timeframe has been discussed in writing.

*Everything will ship USPS first class unless alternative shipping has been discussed in writing.

*I will ship anywhere in the world using USPS first class or Air Letter Post. U.S. orders will receive an email with tracking information. International orders may take up to 6 weeks to arrive because of customs and each country's postal system.

*I will take much care in packaging your item to ensure it arrives safely. Items will be mailed in a bubble mailer and a gift box for protection.

*You will only pay for shipping once per order!

*Custom's fees, taxes, and any other fees imposed are the responsibility of the buyer.
