Ancient art never goes out of style.

My inspiration stems from a lifelong fascination with ancient cultures and their myths and symbols, as well as the endless beauty and variety of the natural world. I’m particularly drawn to motifs that aren’t as well known—the more esoteric, the better. I believe that jewelry is more than adornment; it is a means of self-expression, and each design finds new meaning in the mind and heart of its own wearer.

I fell in love with the ancient method of lost wax casting right from my earliest casting experiments. Each piece I make starts with research, sketches, and a careful drawing; then I carve an original model from hard wax or fabricate it using traditional metalsmithing techniques. Mold-making techniques allow me to make wax copies of the original model, which are invested, burnt out, and cast in bronze or sterling silver. Then it’s time for adding fabricated findings, oxidizing or patination, and finishing. I work in small batches, usually just a few pieces at a time, to ensure that each piece receives my full care and attention.

I also work with gemstones and metal fabrication techniques to create unique and limited-production jewelry, which you can see at my other Etsy shop, SilverspotMetalworks.

Thanks so much for visiting, and I hope you’ll enjoy browsing my shop!

Shipping Methods

I ship all items by USPS First Class Mail; shipping for items over $25 includes insurance. If you would like other arrangements or if you need expedited shipping, please convo me before placing your order.

Most orders placed during the week will ship within 24 hours of payment completion; orders placed during the weekend will generally go out on Monday mornings. If there is any reason that an order cannot be shipped within that time frame, I will contact you as soon as possible.

International Customers

Most international orders will be shipped via insured International Priority Mail (approx. 7 - 14 days). If you would like to choose another shipping method, please send me a convo before placing your order.

International customers are responsible for all fees associated with shipping to their respective countries. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please check your country's customs website for further information. Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond the estimated delivery date.

UK CUSTOMERS: Please note that customs policies in the UK have undergone some recent changes, and some customers have reported that a customs fee of £12.50 has been charged upon pickup or delivery of orders in the $40 - $50 range. The charge has not been applied to all recent orders, but please be advised that it is a possibility.

The full value of the order will be declared on the customs form. Please note that I cannot mark the item as a "gift"; this is not possible when using Etsy's shipping system, and it is a violation of Federal law.

I have no control over, or any way of predicting, the customs fees and procedures of the destination country.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is amiss, please let me know and I will do my best to make it right.

I accept returns made within 14 days after your order is received. To receive a full refund, please return your item in its original packaging and in the same condition that it left the studio. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer; please contact me before making your return.

I take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of all my work, and each piece that leaves the studio must therefore be as good as I can make it. I guarantee all of my jewelry against damage or breakage due to flaws in materials or workmanship, and will repair or replace any defective piece. This doesn't, of course, cover damage resulting from unusual abuse (say, dropping your pendant into the garbage disposal). While fine jewelry should be treated with a certain amount of care, all of my pieces are made to last for generations.
