hello, from the silver tree art studio. here we celebrate life, light, hope, and learning while gathered at the table.

Frequently asked questions
How soon will my order ship?
Orders usually ship Mondays and Thursdays, excepting national and Virginia state holidays. We reserve the right to change this schedule without prior notice, but orders will always ship within the time frame etsy provides when you check out.
Can I get my order faster?
You can choose from 1-3 shipping options at checkout, depending on your location. Choose the appropriate option to get the date you need. Our processing time is 3-5 business days and that is reflected in the order time. Your order may ship earlier than shown, but we cannot guarantee that.
Can I pick up my order if I'm local to Richmond, VA?
Unfortunately we are not able to offer local pickup during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Can I still get free shipping if I want my order shipped to two different addresses?
If your order crosses the free shipping threshold we are happy to ship it for free to ONE address with the mail carrier of our choosing. If you'd like to ship to 2 or more addresses you MUST place separate orders. If you'd like your order to arrive faster than the free shipping option than you may pay for upgraded shipping to one or both destinations.
