Announcement   Welcome to Silver Vine Jewelry, all made in the US and hand crafted by Lisa Weber. Each piece here is a hand wrought piece of wearable art from my log home studio in the Pocono Mountains in northeast PA. I find myself drawn to nature, the abstract, and the mysterious, and these are repetitive themes in my work. I work in high quality sterling silver, fine silver, bronze, copper, and karat golds. I love the rich colors and textures produced by combining different metals. The stones I work with are all natural, and usually hand cut, requiring custom settings for each. I often make custom pieces for customers inspired by what they see in my shop. Don't be shy! Contact me any time with any requests, questions, or comments.

About

Silver Vine Jewelry comes to you from a log cabin in the Pocono Mountain woodlands, where silversmith Lisa Weber handcrafts every piece.

Hi, I'm Lisa Weber, the silversmith behind Silver Vine Jewelry. I love making jewelry, and I love teaching others to make it too! I make each and every piece of Silver Vine Jewelry in my personal workshop.

My method of jewelry making is traditional fabrication from sterling silver sheet and wire. I soften, fold, forge, roll print, fuse, torch texture, solder, and more to create the forms you see in my jewelry. After forming comes filing, sanding, buffing, and polishing, and oxidizing to create the right finish to complement each piece.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
Standard purchases: I ship after I receive payment in full. Paypal orders are usually processed immediately. I am happy to accept checks or money orders. Please be aware that I will wait until a money order arrives or a check clears before I ship your order.

Custom orders: Contact me for any custom work you are interested in. I will quote a price for you, and post a listing in my shop for 50% of the total price. Click on this listing to send your down payment. This initiates a binding contract, in which I agree to complete your piece to your specifications in a reasonable amount of time and you agree to pay the remainder plus shipping fees before I ship the item. Feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns so that you are comfortable with our agreement.
A little flexibility on both sides makes for a comfortable arrangement!
Shipping
Packaging: Your jewelry items will be packed in a jewelry gift box and will be tucked into place with cotton and tissue paper to prevent movement and rattling during shipping. The box will be secured with an elastic band to keep it secure, and will be shipped in a padded envelope. Every effort is made to be sure your items are packed safely and securely. If not required by customs, the word "jewelry" will not appear on your package.

Shipping: Shipping details are posted on all of my listings. If a listing has slipped through without shipping info, please contact me! I generally ship first class and fully insured USPS to all US locations. While shipping to locations outside the US can rarely be covered by insurance, every effort is made to pack your jewelry safely and securely for shipping.

Other shipping arrangements can be made to accommodate your needs, just contact me and ask. I keep shipping costs low, and charge as close to actual shipping cost as possible.
Refunds and Exchanges
I believe in the trust we establish when you purchase something from me, and I stand behind all of my work.

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Silver Vine Jewelry. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, Please contact me immediately. Please email me to let me know if there is an issue. If timing is a problem, contact me, and we will work out a solution together.

If a piece arrives damaged or breaks in the course of normal use during the first four months, I will repair the piece or replace it as required, or refund your purchase price.

If a piece I have made needs repair for any reason, ever, contact me. I stand behind my work, and I will do my best to offer repairs as close to cost as possible for the life of any Silver Vine Jewelry piece.
