Avoid contact with water & excessive sweat, these things will break down the plating. Apply body & hair products before wearing. Remove before bed. Store in a cool, dark & dry place, not in your bathroom cabinet.
14k Gold Filled & Sterling Silver - water safe
Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals & environments - apply body & hair products before wearing, and remove before swimming in chlorinated water. Store in a cool, dark & dry place, not in your bathroom cabinet.
Cleaning
Gold plated: Regularly wipe down with a smooth cloth
Gold filled: Regularly polish with a jewelry polishing cloth
Sterling silver: Regularly polish with a silver polishing cloth

Warranty
Simpleries offers complimentary jewelry repairs up to 6 months from the date of purchase. Each piece will be inspected upon arrival to determine whether the damage will be covered under warranty. Should there be a cost for repairs the customer will be notified before proceeding. please understand that Simpleries has the right to refuse repairs that are considered unreasonable.
PLEASE NOTE
Regular wear and tear will not be covered under warranty. Fading or damages resulting from lack of care or unnecessary force will not be covered either.
