Payment
I prefer PayPal, but will happily accept a money order if you prefer. All items ship after payment is received.
Shipping
I ship once a week on Fridays. If I can slip out sooner I will, but most days my responsibilities at home keep me very busy and running in circles :)

Photography prints always ship first class, handmade items will ship priority mail.

Postage these days is not cheap! I do my best to keep shipping costs down because that's what I appreciate as a buyer. I only charge what it costs me to mail, plus a small amount to cover my packing supplies and that's it.
Refunds and Exchanges
In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact me within 7 days of receipt. I don't hesitate to offer a refund, minus shipping, if that's what you need. As long as the item is returned to me in new condition that's never a problem.

Please always contact me first rather then being quick to leave negative feedback. I'm more then happy to work with you and I promise a happy outcome!
Additional policies and FAQs
Here's a little information on the print sizes I offer and some framing suggestions.

8 x 10: $28.00

This size is the easiest to find a frame for and this is mainly why I make it available, to make it easy on you. It's also a very common size that many people like. However, there is some cropping from the original image that takes place at these dimensions that you should be aware of. Rest assured though that many of my images work well in this size and I would never sell a print if I felt the composition was being compromised.

8 x 12: $35.00

This size gives you the full frame of the image without any cropping. It's a little harder to find a frame for unless you matt or float the image in a larger sized frame.

11 x 14: $50.00

There is some cropping with this size too, but it's minimal in my opinion. Again, I would not sell a print if the composition was compromised. I have several prints this size hanging in my home and they look wonderful.

12 x 18: $65.00

Full frame on this size with no cropping.**See note on framing below.

I can also offer square format sizes in: 8 x 8 and 12 x 12. Let me know what image you were interested in and I'll check to see if it will work.

On framing....

I have framed several of my prints in the 11 x 14 size in 16 x 20 float frames. Two pieces of glass that sandwich the image and are held together with a removable edging. I didn't use any matting and they look wonderful. I found the frames easily at Michael's Craft Store.

**Also, I have an 12 x 18 print floating on a solid piece of matt board in a 25 x 19 frame. It looks great! Again, the frame was found at Michael's and was very affordable.
