Communication was perfect and the time from when I placed the order to when I received it was faster than stuff I order through amazon prime!! I had ordered on a Monday night (late), and it was already made and shipped out by Wednesday and in my hand by Thursday (paid priority shipping and also located in LA). Our family absolutely loved it and thought it was the cutest and most creative pregnancy announcement and was impressed at the Vietnamese translation for grandma and grandpa we had gotten.
