Why hasn't my order arrived yet?
I get a lot of questions from customers from the united states. While there is a global delay in mail world wide, probably due to the pandemic.
Shipment to the states is most often delayed. Besides, i live in israel and on the weekends (Saturday) the postal service is closed. So if you ordered on friday I will mail you your items on Sunday. Please be patient. The purchase will arrive!
Do you have track & trace?
No i don't use track and trace, simply because it is more expensive than the items i sell. If you do want track and trace please leave a note with your order.
