We say what you're thinking . . . .

Well . . . in a nutshell, I have a very sarcastic sense of humor. And, I have always loved making my friends laugh with my one-liners . . . or, even better, spit out their drink because I've made them laugh. I can't tell you how many times I've heard: "you should put that on a t-shirt".

I've always believed that sarcastic humor is a personal thing and is better when presented up close. I've never liked the t-shirts that scream out their sentiments and assault my senses. I quickly discovered that it's next to impossible to find funny/sarcastic shirts that aren't "in-your-face". I've designed my t-shirts with small embroidered lettering on one side of the chest resulting in a subtle expression of my sense of humor.

My shirts are NOT meant to be read across a football field, or even across the room. I want people to have to enter "my space" in order to see what's written on my shirt. There's nothing better than seeing people react to what's on that shirt. I LOVE knowing that people "get me" and appreciate my sense of humor. I want to KNOW that I've made someone laugh. You can't experience that if people don't need to interact with you to satisfy their curiosity about what your shirt says.

I believe that the subtle design along with my shirts being embroidered rather than screen-printed is what sets them apart from the rest.

Returns and exchange details
I stand behind my shirts 100%. If you're unhappy with your purchase from SimpliSarcastic after receiving it, please contact me within 3 days of receipt of the shirt and return it within 7 days UNWORN and in the same condition as you received it from me. When your returned shirt has been received and inspected by me, I will issue your refund (less a restocking fee of $5) . Return shipping and insurance is your responsibility unless I have made an error (ie: sending you the incorrect item). If the item is damaged on arrival, please save the packaging in case it's needed for an insurance claim. Or, if it's a situation that can be handled through a convo or email message, please contact me first so that we may work out an agreement that benefits both parties.

PAYPAL:

If you already have a PayPal account, great! If not, you can open one easily. However, you do not need a PayPal account to use their services for a limited number of purchases ( click here for instructions on how to use a credit card through PayPal without a PayPal account: https://www.etsy.com/help/article/361 ). All PayPal payers must complete their PayPal payment by clicking the "pay now through PayPal" button at the end of your Etsy transaction. PayPal payments not received within 24 hours will result in re-listing of item(s), unless other arrangements have been made.

DIRECT CHECKOUT:

I also accept payments using Direct Checkout where you're able to use your MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express card without going through PayPal.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTIES, VAT, & OTHER FEES:

Please note that the payment of any customs fees, duties, VAT, and other taxes levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. I am required to declare the contents and value of any package I mail abroad. Please do not ask me to undervalue your purchase or mark it as a "gift". CANCELLATIONS:

You may cancel an order within 6 hours of placing your order. Depending when your order is received, I may ship the same day. Once I have shipped your order, cancellation is not an option. Keep in mind that I generally ship within 1-3 business days . . .
Shipping
SHIPPING FEES:

Shipping within the United States is FREE with a $35 minimum purchase.
International shipping will incur standard First Class International Mail rates.

US Shipments: All items are shipped via First Class or Priority Mail. You will receive a shipping notification at the time of shipping which will include your tracking number. If you need your item quickly, please let me know and we'll explore alternative methods of shipping (please note that shipping options other than First Class or Priority will require an additional shipping charge).

Non US Shipments: All items are shipped via First Class International Mail. You will receive a shipping notification at the time of shipping (tracking is not available in most countries). Delivery time is normally 10 days to two weeks, but may take as long six to eight weeks. Delays in customs may extend delivery time even further. Please allow ample time for your order to arrive.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTIES, VAT, & OTHER FEES:

Customs, duties and other fees assessed by the destination country for an item CANNOT be paid by me to the United States Postal Service when the item is mailed. The recipient of the shipment is the ONLY one who can pay the customs fees.

All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and assessment of duties, taxes, and fees in accordance with that country's national laws. Customs duties and taxes are assessed, generally, if the item sent is dutiable and if the value of the item is above the threshold set by the country's laws. Each country assesses customs, duties, and taxes. Check the Worlds Customs Organization website for general information, or visit the website of your country's customs service.

It is important to understand that, if duties and taxes are assessed on an item mailed via the Postal Service, they are always collected from the recipient. The shipping/handling fee you've paid covers the expense of delivery only. It does not cover charges assessed by customs in the destination country nor do I have the authority or means to collect and pay your taxes for you.

If you choose to "refuse" the shipment to avoid paying these fees, the package will be returned to me. After receiving the "refused" package, I will refund your purchase price less the original shipping fee. Please keep in mind that, depending on the method by which the package is returned to me, it could take up to 8 weeks (or longer) for it to be received by me.

To avoid having to refuse a package, please research your country's regulations on importing merchandise and remember that any customs, duties, VAT, etc. are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Returns

The buyer covers the cost of returning the item to me unless the item arrives damaged (take pictures, and save packaging for claim w/post office), or I sent the incorrect item.

I will gladly accept returns for "buyer's remorse", or if you ordered the wrong size. NOTE: For this type of return, the following guidelines apply:

1. The shirt must be in its orignal, unwashed condtion.
2. You pay for the return postage.
3. When the returned shirt has been received, I will issue a refund minus a $5.00 restocking fee. This fee is necessary to recoup my expenses for this sale (packaging, labels, listing fees, selling fees, etc.)
