A Love To Create. A Love For Design.

Simply C Boutique, now Simply Print was created in July 2011. My shop is a one woman operation based out of my home in Surprise, Arizona (a suburb of Phoenix). I am the owner, designer, creator, photographer, office staff and postal service. I have always been a creative person, but never dreamed that I would turn that passion for creating into a business.

I am a wife and a mommy to 3 amazing boys. I am inspired by my family and friends that support my need to design and create, and my customers that provide me the feedback to keep doing what I love to do. I am continuously assessing my products and creating new items while searching for the best quality materials along the way.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or your item(s) has been damaged during shipping, please contact me within (7) days of delivery and return your item(s) within (14) days for a replacement at no additional charge or a full refund (minus shipping) upon verification that items are in original condition.
•Note: Buyer pays return shipping.
•Refunds will not be issued if buyer provides wrong shipping address.

*Please be advised that during winter months packages could experience heavy delays due to storms and winter weather. If you live in an area with winter weather, It is recommended during these months to order at least 2.5 weeks in advance to guarantee your package arrives in the time you need.
•Refunds will not be issued if your package is delayed due to weather conditions.

♦Custom Orders: Unfortunately, I cannot refund custom orders due to the extra supplies that are purchased in the making of the product that cannot be returned.

•Please note that all photos are representations of the finished product. Because each item is decorated handmade, there may be slight variations.

•Coupons and special pricing cannot be used on already purchased items/orders. If you notice a special price or coupon after purchase, I cannot refund the difference, but would be happy to apply the coupon or special price on your next purchase.

•No Double Discounts. You cannot use two coupon codes, or use a special price offer AND a coupon code. If the order is placed with two discounts, the order will be canceled.

DIGITAL ITEMS ONLY:

Unfortunately, due to the nature of digital products all Digital Download sales are final as Digital items cannot be sent back.

UNITED STATES SHIPPING

•All orders shipped are sent USPS with Delivery Confirmation.
•Item(s) are shipped within (3) business days once payment is received. Business days are Monday - Friday. Thank you cards can take up to 5 business days.
•Once the item(s) has been shipped, an e-mail will be sent with a tracking number provided.
•Please make sure at checkout that the shipping address is the correct mailing address, if the package is returned, buyer is responsible for paying additional shipping to re-send the package to correct address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
