Unless otherwise stated, all the products for sale on our Etsy shop are digital, meaning you will not receive a physical product, but rather an electronic file or a zipped file folder containing the electronic image(s), which you can print yourself. Digital images are usually in JPEG file format, but the specific product listing will tell you the file type you are buying. Digital images are generally 300 ppi (high resolution print quality) but please see individual listings for any variances.

All the digital products are distributed to you via the Etsy Instant Download. After you make a purchase, a digital download link will be immediately available on your etsy account order page. It is your responsibility as the buyer to make sure you know what to do with the digital file you are buying. It is your responsibility to ensure your device, whether it is a laptop or tablet or other device, is able to download the type of file you purchase. For example, iPads cannot download zipped files unless you install an app to do that.

You can print your digital file at home or at any local photo processing lab of your choosing (personally, I love to use Costco for digital prints). Please note, though, that Simply Fresh Designs is not responsible for trouble you have in printing your files. There are simply too many ways to print and too many ways to mess up the printing and we simply cannot provide support in printing the digital image. Having said that, if you buy a product and for some reason cannot get it printed (which happens rarely, in less than one percent of our sales), we will gladly refund your money.

All digital images you purchase are copyrighted to Simply Fresh Designs and are for personal use only. You cannot resell the digital file or prints of the digital file. You cannot share the DIGITAL file with friends or family (or strangers!). Honestly is always the best policy!

What you can do with the digital image file--You can print as many copies of the image as you like. You can give those prints away for FREE to family and friends. You can give those prints AT COST to people in you family or neighborhood or church group.

What you cannot do with the digital image file--You cannot give the digital image to anyone in any way. You cannot email it to anyone nor post it on the internet nor give anyone a copy any other way. You cannot sell prints of the image for profit.

The Simply Fresh Designs watermark on the images in our Etsy shop will not appear in the files you receive.
