Let the good times roll!

I would love for you to know that each and every roll of simply gilded
washi tape is personally wrapped with joy and love, sent with
gratitude from my heart to yours.

My name is Irene and I am the founder of simply gilded. Based out of
Dallas TX, I am a proud mother to my two young children, 3 y/o Jacob
and 1 y/o Lillian.

I started simply gilded because I genuinely love and have a passion
for beautiful washi tape. All of my exclusive washi designs
start out drawn by hand - they are inspired by my love of all things whimsical,
sweet, and magical.

I truly believe that planners, scrapbooks, invitations, accessories,
home decor, and creative personal projects would look even more
spectacular dressed up with washi! That's why I refer to my personal
washi collection as my "washi wardrobe." Just like a stunning pair of
heels or a gorgeous handbag, the amazing decorative powers and unique
statement of the perfect washi adds instant appeal, personality, and
pop to every project.

I would be honored for my special washi tapes to inspire you to
express your innermost joy, unique spirit, and incredible creativity.

Returns and exchange details
I hope you love the products that I have lovingly designed! If you are unhappy with your purchase or notice anything wrong with your order, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your item and I will do my best to make things right. Please note, for all returns/refunds, shipping will be deducted from the refunded price. I am currently not offering exchanges. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with a return.

Note - simply gilded reserves the right to refuse a refund, although I will try my best to ensure customer satisfaction. Refunds issued are pending receipt of the item in its original unopened condition.

♥ I accept Paypal and credit cards available through direct checkout. I also accept etsy giftcards

♥ Payment due at checkout

♥ Please note - a 8.25% sales tax will be applied to all orders shipping to Texas as per state requirements. Thanks for your understanding.
Shipping
♥ I ship within the US via USPS and also offer international shipping. If you choose international shipping, it will be via USPS

♥ International buyers - there are occasionally long delays and hold ups at customs - simply gilded is not responsible for any packages that are held up or returned due to customs clearance.

♥ International buyers - I kindly ask for all shipping issues to be given a period of 60 days from expected ship date to resolve. There are times when the tracking is not accurate or packages have been temporarily misrouted.

♥ Please double check your address on file with Etsy before placing your order, as all orders will be shipped to the address on file.

♥ Current HOLIDAY turnaround time is 1-3 weeks for shipping label creation - usual turnaround time is 3-7 business days. This may vary depending on high volume periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and all other sales periods.

♥ If you would like a shipping upgrade, please contact me so I can make sure your package is sent properly

♥ I offer combined shipping on a case-by-case basis (not offered during sales periods and new-release weeks). Please message me if you would like an updated shipping quote.

♥ Buyer is responsible for any customs, fees, or tariffs associated with international shipping.

♥ If an order is needed within a certain time frame, buyer is responsible for contacting shop BEFORE placing order as different shipping methods (priority, express etc) will be discussed to fit the necessary schedule. Shop is not responsible for packages that do not arrive by a certain date due to unforeseen delays. Shipping upgrades are available upon request.

♥ For lost and delayed package - domestically (USA) I declare lost after 1 month of non-receipt. For international, this increases to 2 months. In my experience, there are packages that have shown up after this time -- I appreciate your patience!

♥ Please refer to your tracking number for up to date information on shipping status. I currently use the USPS as my main shipping carrier - if there are further issues with your tracking, please contact USPS for further assistance. Please note there are occasionally unforeseen delays and interruptions with service that may affect expected arrival time.

Custom and personalized orders

I can accommodate 'custom orders' - if you like a washi in a set and would like to purchase individually, please contact me and I would be happy to help you out! I however, do not offer "custom designed" washi unless you are anticipating a large bulk order (1000+ rolls).

Gift wrapping and packaging

All simply gilded items are lovingly packaged in special cello bags with a bonus limited edition journal card. (Included while supplies last!) If you are sending a gift, please contact me in the notes section during checkout if you wish to remove any receipts.
