Custom Wedding Accessories for the Vintage Bride

My name is Brooke Hite; I am the sole owner and designer at Simply Kate Grace. I opened my shop in November 2011. Initially, I was designing baby headbands and within a month realized that Wedding Garters were in high demand. I used a design from a baby headband and it took off from there.

Before Placing an order, please take the opportunity to read through all of my shop policies. All items are handmade exclusively for you by me. Our orders ship within 2-3 business days (This does not Include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays)

Full refunds within 2 business days from the day the Item is received. Each item is custom made and shipped with great care and extreme detail. I understand that things can happen with handmade items during the shipping process so please contact me within 24 hours when you receive your order and you notice something is not as described. Your satisfaction is our priority, please contact me via Etsy conversation or simplykategrace [!at] att.net should you have any questions or concerns regarding your order. All returned shipping will be paid by the customer. I will refund money when your item returns to me in the same condition as it was shipped.

**** Please NOTE: For ALL items returned due to buyers change of mind (ONLY within 2 business days from the date the item is received) will incur a 25% restocking fee.

I gladly accept all major credit/debit card payments exclusively thru paypal. You do not need a paypal account to use their services.
Shipping
All of my items are handmade and will ship within 2-3 business days (Does not include Saturday or Sunday) of your payment being received.

Please use our handmade products only as decoration, and NEVER leave children unattended while wearing any headpiece. Small parts can become loose and pose as a chocking hazard.

**If you are ordering an item that has sizing or color options, be sure to state your preferences in the "Notes to Seller" section on your ETSY receipt- NOT your paypal receipt, otherwise your order could be held back and shipped later.
