About

Making the simple, awesomely simple

Aloha! my name is Marivic and I'm the owner, designer and manufacturer of Simply Me... Jewelry.

♥ My Story ♥

I have always been an "arts and crafts" type of person. I started creating jewelry at a young age beginning with chunky beaded bracelets and necklaces. I then advanced to using Tigertail beading wire and seed beads for more complex designs. Many of my creations were for me to wear (of course ☺) but every now and then I would make jewelry pieces for my friends and family.

Later in my lifetime, I was reintroduced to beading and jewelry making when I relocated to the beautiful state of Hawaii. I started making jewelry for myself (again...) and found that others were interested in buying my jewelry. It wasn't until then I decided to take my hobby to a whole new level and created my business.

I chose to name my business Simply Me... Jewelry because every piece of jewelry I design and create is a reflection of me. Many pieces I make are very difficult to recreate and many items are one of a kind.

Thank you for checking out my store!

Frequently asked questions

Ring Sizing Help

Things You Will Need:
∙ Thin strip of paper or string
∙ Ruler

- Cut a thin strip of paper or a piece of string.
- Wrap the paper around your finger. Make sure the paper is where you would like to wear your ring.
- Mark the spot where the paper meets and measure the distance with your ruler.
- Use the following chart to determine your ring size. I also make rings in half sizes, the measurements of which, of course, will fall somewhere in between the whole sizes.

Size 4: 1 13/16 inches
Size 5: 1 15/16 inches
Size 6: 2 1/16 inches
Size 7: 2 1/8 inches
Size 8: 2 1/4 inches
Size 9: 2 5/16 inches
Size 10: 2 7/16 inches
Size 11: 2 9/16 inches
Size 12: 2 5/8 inches
Size 13: 2 3/4 inches
Size 14: 2 7/8 inches

Bangle Sizing Help

Bangle sizes are measured by the circumference.

1. Make your hand as small as possible, as if you were putting on bangles, bringing your thumb and little finger together.

2. Using a flexible tape measure or string, measure around your hand at the widest point making sure the tape or string is taut, not loose and make a mark. Remove the tape or string and measure between the marks to find the circumference of your bangle.
