    Returns and exchanges
    I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
    Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
    Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
    Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
    The following items can't be returned or exchanged
    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
    • Custom or personalized orders
    • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
    • Digital downloads
    • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

    Returns and exchange details
    PHYSICAL ITEMS:
    You can cancel your order in 24h.
    You can return your item within 30 days after receiving the item (in original condition).
    If you are sending the item back you will get full refund within 2 weeks if you have presented evidence that the item has been shipped back or when we have received it. Buyer has to bear the costs when returning the item.

    Please contact me before sending anything back, I will provide you with a cancellation form.
    Right to return the item does not extend to customized products, due to the fact that it is not eligible for resell.

    DIGITAL ITEMS:
    I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to the fact that we can`t be sure that digital files are not downloaded or used already.
    But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
    Payment
    PHYSICAL ITEMS: Acceptable payment methods are: Etsy Direct Check-out, Paypal, Etsy Gift cards

    DIGITAL ITEMS: Acceptable payment methods are: Etsy Direct Check-out, Paypal, Etsy Gift cards. Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.
    Shipping
    PHYSICAL ITEMS

    Your purchase will be taken into work when your payment is cleared.
    Please give 3-5 business days to assemble and ship your item, I will notify you if for any reason it will take longer.
    It might take around 2 weeks to ship within European Union and 3 weeks or more for other countries.
    Items will be shipped in bubble envelope or box.
    Postcards are shipped in thicker paper packaging or bubble envelope.
    The address you provide on your order (unless changed by you prior to shipping) is the address where your package will be delivered.

    Please be patient, sometimes delivery can take more time, due to the weather/holidays/customs.
    If you do not receive your item in 4 weeks, please, before leaving a review contact me for solution: liina [!at] simplynotebooks.eu or Etsy Convos

    If your product is customizable or you don't give the additional information that is needed (info in products description) I will contact you first within Etsy and then E-mail, if I don't have a response I will cancel your order.
    PS If I don't know your planner's starting month I will make it from the current/next month, based on when it will approximately be delivered.


    SHIPPING WITH TRACKING

    If you want to be able to track your parcel, please, make sure that you pick this option at check-out. If you pick standard shipping the package will be dispatched without tracking.


    EXTRA FEES

    DIGITAL ITEMS

    No physical item will be sent, when a digital product is purchased. You will receive your file within 48 hours. Digital files are not refundable due to it's nature.

    Custom and personalised orders

    Write your information on personalization in the "note to seller" box" which is in your shopping cart. Customized covers are free of charge. No proof will be sent so please make sure that the spelling is correct.

    How many months there is in a planner?

    Most of my planners have 12 months, you can find mid-year planners from the Mid-year planners section.
