Payment

PayPal is my preferred form of payment. It is secure, fast, and the best way to keep track of payments and receipts.

6% sales tax will be charged on all Idaho orders through PayPal. Because our shop is based out of Idaho, we are required to charge sales tax on all orders from Idaho customers. Sales tax is not charged on orders made from any other states.

Shipping

Items are shipped within two business days of receiving payment. Custom and bulk orders ship within five business days.

All orders (domestic and international) will be shipped USPS First-Class Mail unless otherwise specified. If you need an item sooner, or prefer a different shipping method, please message me and I will adjust your shipping charges to reflect the upgrade.

Insurance and delivery confirmation can be purchased for an additional charge. Please message me if you would like either of these and I will adjust your shipping charges to reflect the upgrade.

Refunds and Exchanges

That Pair of Crutches does not offer refunds for items that are lost or misplaced or damaged by the postal service; that is out of my control. Thank you for understanding.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please message me so that we can work out a way to fix the problem.
