*Printed Items (U.S. only): Please give about 1 week from date of ordering to delivery
(May be longer if buyer doesn't respond to emails in a timely manner).
*Digital Party Décor 4 business days or less

Please be sure to make sure the item you are buying is either Digital or Printed. I sell digital jpg items as well as printed cards. The printed cards are sent to the U.S. only.

Many back and forth edits will take much longer and may require extra payment. Also, this will make it possible for you to receive your order in a much quicker time frame.

I will NOT send files in any other form other than uneditable files of either jpg or pdf. There will be no exceptions for this.

Please keep in mind when purchasing any of my items that your computer monitor may not display the colors exactly how they look printed out. I am sorry but I am not responsible for any color issues if this happens.

**** Below are the steps in purchasing my Digital cards or invitations:

1. Purchase this design.
2. Email me at simplyprintable [!at] hotmail.com with:
----> The wording you would like on the design.
----> File size of 5x7, 4x6,or other size
----> Any color changes
----> Photos to be included (if any)
3. When payment is made via PayPal or Credit Card, I will e-mail a proof.
4. Buyer must proofread and then either approve and finalize or let me know of any changes.
4. After approval, I will e-mail you a high res jpg file for you to print at home or upload to the photo store or submit order to be printed. (Please contact me if you need prices on printing services)

*** If there is a second party location or the date, time and/or place has been changed after I have worked on your order, there is an additional fee.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU KNOW THE EXACT WORDING YOU NEED ON THE CARD OR INVITATION. If you do not have all the details please hold off on sending me the wording. Please make sure you check with everyone involved (spouse, friend, etc.) and everyone is in agreement with photos to be used and information to be written BEFORE sending me the info. I spend a significant amount of time on changes and this could make the process much quicker. I will make a reasonable amount of changes but if I am spending extra time I will have to charge and extra fee. Thank you for understanding.

REFUNDS & CANCELLING ORDERS - I am sorry, I do not give refunds or cancel orders. Please make sure you are sure you want to order. If there is something wrong with your order please contact me as soon as possible.

I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ERRORS TO SPELLING, PUNCTUATION, WORDING, COLORS, ETC. You claim responsibility in assuring everything is correct on the draft and the final copy. I try my best to correct any errors sent to me. Also, some computer screens show colors differently and may not print out exactly the same. Please keep this in mind.

IMPORTANT! - I am NOT responsible for printing errors made by a Print Shop, Photo Lab, etc.!! My cards are made to be a specific size 4x6, 5x7, etc. They are made exactly that size. If a photo lab uses a machine that is slighty off and any part of your card gets cut off, I am not responsible and please don't expect a refund. I cannot control photo lab machine problems. USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK.

SIZE CHANGES:
If you want the size changed from the original that you had asked, I charge a $5 extra fee. This is because I have to re-format everything that has been done.

Some changes I can easily apply:
*The wording can be changed on all of my designs.
*Birthday invitations can be changed to bridal shower invitations, announcements can be changed to baby shower invitations, etc.
*Colors can be changed if requested on certain invitations/cards
*Sizes can be changed
*Pictures can be added to invitations/cards not showing them or pictures can be taken out of original design.

You can chose the size to be either 5x7 or 4x6. If you need another size, please convo me first. I can also do the costco size of 6x7.5.

I can also make a personalized matching Thank You card to go with any order!

SOME PRINTING OPTIONS:

My Printing Services:
I can have your cards printed on Card Stock or Photo Paper. Please contact me for details.

PRINT AS A PHOTO:
You can print as a photo at a store or an online photo lab such as Snapfish, Shutterfly, CVS, etc. You can print 4x6 or 5x7 images their. You will most likely need to purchase envelopes seperately but the prints should be inexpensive. (I do not recommend any photo labs.)

Many people use Costco if they are a member. You will need size 6x7.5 and they come with envelopes. These are also on photo paper. Just find the greeting card section on their website and go to upload your own design. (I do not personally recommend any photo labs).

PRINT FROM HOME
You can print at home on cardtock or photo paper. I can put 2 cards on piece of 8.5x11 paper and then you can cut them if you would like. You can also print one at home and then take it to be copied at a copy store.

VISTAPRINT
VistaPrint offers 5x7 cardstock prints with envelopes. Please check their Christmas Cards-Flat section to upload your own design as a 5x7 (link below). They send envelopes with them.
***IF YOU PURCHASE FROM VISTAPRINT, PLEASE LET ME KNOW. I NEED TO CHANGE THE CARDS TO BUILD IN A BLEED LINE. (I do not personally recommend any print shop).

LOCAL PRINT SHOP
I you have a local print shop they can print on cardstock for you. Some prefer a different format such as pdf. Just let me know if you need this. You will probably have to buy envelopes seperately. Prices will vary but some are very inexpensive and great quality.
PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF THEY REQUIRE A BLEED TO BE BUILT IN.

ENVELOPES
4x6 Cards - The best fit for 4x6 cards is size A6
5x7 Cards - The best fit for 5x7 cards is size A7
You can purchase them at Arts & Crafts stores or even from seller's on Etsy.

Please note: Images from my cards/invitations may not be used without my permission. You must also have permission to use any photograph that you send me.

** I retain the right to refuse any order for any reason. Buyer will get a full refund if already purchased for full purchase amount.

If I received an order and do not hear from buyer after 1 month, I will mark the order status "shipped" in order to remove it from my orders list. Please do not order right away if you are not ready to send info for awhile.
