We hope you'll find all your transactions with our shop a simple and smooth process. As our goal is to make your visit a positive experience.

Returns and exchanges
We offer the following exchange policy:

If you are not satisifed with your purchase, we are happy to exchange the item with another item (of equal value) from our store's current inventory. Customer is responsible for cost of shipping item(s) back to SimplyQuilting. The exchaged item will be shipped upon receipt of returned item. If item is returned not in original sale condition(i.e. damaged, stained, etc.)the exchange will be cancelled and original purchase returned to buyer.

The customer must contact SimplyQuilting via Etsy Conversation within 3 days of receiving package to initiate exchange policy.
Please make payment within 3 days of purchase, otherwise items will be placed back in stock for resale. We accept payment through PayPal.
All purchases are shipped via USPS priority mail with tracking confirmation included. Packages are delivered to USPS the following day payment is received.
