simplyrosy's Shop Policies

Shipping

Timeline: I usually ship within 2-3 business days if I have a product in stock. If I will not be able to ship that quickly for any reason, I will contact you with a shipping estimate. For custom orders, I will always provide a completion estimate during the design process.

Shipping Method: Unless otherwise specified, I ship via USPS First Class or Parcel Post. Please convo me if you would like to inquire about a shipping upgrade.

Foreign Countries: I have my products listed as shipping only to the United States, but I am happy to get a shipping quote for you if you would like me to ship an order to another country. Please convo me for more information.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our custom invitations and diaper wreaths and the communication and customer approval prior to fulfilling those orders, purchases of those products are non-refundable. If you have concerns about an order including custom invitations or diaper wreaths, please contact us, and we will attempt to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. For all other orders, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. If the product is unopened, we will waive the restocking fee and issue a full refund minus shipping charges. If the returned product has been opened, we will deduct a 5% restocking fee in addition to the shipping charges. If the returned product is defective, you will have the option to receive a replacement item free of charge, or we will issue a 100% refund including shipping charges. Your refund will be returned to you via the original payment method, exchange, or store credit within 2 business days of our receiving your returned products.
