Returns
We reserve the right to withhold a 15% restocking fee to any order unless it arrived to you as "not as described" or "damaged." If the item is not returned it its original packaging (not the order packaging but the plastic bag the original item was in- if applicable) an additional (or total) 15% will be held for repackaging materials and time. We do not accept returns on special pre-orders (including bulk orders needing special ordering) or items which are out of stock with no plan to restock the item. If you are considering ordering in bulk please order sample items first to make sure it is what you want. We do not accept returns on orders one month past date received (date verified by tracking information).
