About

Wonderful Color

I had been silk painting and feltmaking for a number of years when I was given an opportunity to join a local community arts project where I could share my love of all things textile. I was encouraged through this work to produce work for sale and this was the start of Simply Silks.

I love to work with bold, bright colors and I focus on jewelry and accessories.

My other passion is silversmithing and in my jewelry I try to combine textiles with wirework and traditional metalsmithing techniques .

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Items are carefully packaged to arrive safely and I hope that you will be happy with your purchase. However, you may return an item within 14 days of receipt and I will offer a refund or exchange on receipt of the returned item. Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition.

I regret that for hygiene reasons I am unable to accept returns of pierced earrings unless they are damaged in the post.

I accept payment by Paypal, Etsy gift vouchers and direct checkout.
Shipping
Orders are shipped from the UK and you will be notified via Etsy Dispatch Notification. All UK packages are shipped via Royal Mail First Class post. International orders are posted via Airmail.

Please contact me prior to purchase if you need tracked or speedier post and I can provide a price quote for upgraded shipping
