    I ordered 13 centerpieces, 2 bridesmaid bouquets, 1 bridal bouquet and 3 boutonnières. Christina does amazing work and I am forever a customer! Her work is phenomenally beautiful and will do exactly what u want!

    Absolutely perfect. Ordered for a friend who was leaving work and my area and moving out of state. Her dog is her everything. This looked exactly like tucker and was the perfect gift for her. Put together well. Packaged perfect for shipping. Shop was immediately responsive and able to ship in time (I needed within a week), I did pay for the expedited shipping but arrived in time with days to spare. Will definitely save this shop for future needs!

Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to make a bouquet?

The time frame ranges and is dependent on the size/detail of the bouquet and how many other orders I am working on. If the item is needed quickly, please contact me. There will be a rush order fee of $50 for a bouquet needed within 30 days.

Can you make custom pieces?

I can make custom pieces- please contact me with your request and a photo so I can more accurately make your piece to your expectations. Color matching will not be exact, but I will send photos to ensure you are happy with chosen colors/designs.

Custom and personalized orders

Payment for custom pieces must be made before they are produced. Pictures of the final product will be sent and, if needed, alterations will be made to fit your expectations. If you no longer want the piece, a maximum of 50% of your order amount will be refunded and it will not be shipped.

If you agree to liking the final photo and it is shipped, there will be no refunds.

What to do when your bouquet is shipped

Your bouquet is FRAGILE
Please handle your bouquet gently and carefully.

After shipping, your bouquet may need some “fluffing”. To do this, gently wiggle the flowers into place with your finger tip.

If your bouquet included dried babies breath, it is normal and expected for some of it to come loose during shipping. This should not, however, alter the overall appearance of your bouquet.

How do I store my bouquet?

Your flowers are made of an organic material and will need to be stored in a dry and well ventilated area to avoid unwanted disintegration.

My flower colors don't look like the photo

I take my photos in natural light to highlight their true color. The flower colors will vary dependent on the light you are using. Additionally, our eyes see 7,000,000 different shades of colors and we all interpret them differently.

My bouquet was damaged during shipping

In the rare instance this happens, you must contact both me and the shipping provider.

If your box looks damaged upon delivery- take a photo of the box BEFORE opening it. Take another photo after cutting off the tape and opening the box. Take another photo of the bouquet after bubble wrap is removed and take specific photos of any damages that may have occurred to the bouquet.

You must then follow steps outlined by the shipping provider. Any refunds must come from the shipping provider/insurance.

I am not responsible for damages that incur during shipping.

If damages do occur, I may be able to send replacement flowers at no additional charge. Or, you can pay to ship the bouquet back to me, I will fix, and reship for free.

I accidentally broke part of my bouquet

If this happens, please contact me ASAP to see if I can send a replacement for the broken piece(s). If preferred, the bouquet can be sent back at customers expense, I will fix (with possible charge depending on extent of damage), and reship at customers expense.

Refunds

A maximum refund of 60% will be issued regardless of reason. This will be issued after the item is sent back to and received by the seller. Return shipping charges must be covered by the customer.

The item must be in its original condition, or only have damages shown in photos the customer sent to the shipper. If there are additional damages, the refund amount may decrease.
