A special welcome to you, beautiful Etsy buyer. Here you will find jewelry that I've twisted, wrapped, and forged into wearable art, all by hand. My passions are wire, metal, and gemstones. I love to create styles that are feminine and funky, yet classy and "everyday wearable."

Browse my selection of necklaces, bracelets, rings, and earrings for the perfect accessories to your wardrobe--the kind that you just can't find on major merchandisers' counter displays.

****PAYING FOR YOUR ITEMS****
I will send you your items after your payment clears.

PayPal is my preferred method; however, if you want to pay by credit card, PayPal will give you the option to do so. If you choose to use this service, please ensure you have a confirmed address.

Please note that I am no longer accepting checks or money orders; the reason being that they take too long to clear (especially if they're out of state). The length of time it takes to clear puts me in jeopardy of missing a ship date for a customer. This has already happened once and I felt terrible about it. Because of my schedule right now and the amount of travel I do for my day job, PayPal is just easier to manage.

****SALES TAX****
All PA residents will be charged 6% sales tax. The sales tax will be added during the PayPal checkout process.

****DEADLINES****
Dear customers, as with any online shopping site, payment is expected upon checkout. I realize there are some instances that make the completion of a transaction difficult. If you experience these types of issues, and you remain in contact with me, I will work with you to get your payment processed. In rare cases, it may require me to cancel the order, relist it, and then let you know it can be purchased again if you choose to do so. With these types of situations, I do *not* leave negative feedback (in fact, I don't leave feedback at all, since the transaction is in fact canceled by mutual agreement).

On the other hand, if you are unresponsive to my Conversations or e-mails, then I reserve the right to cancel your order without notice within seven days of purchase. You'll probably also receive unfavorable feedback from me...I hate to do it, but come on folks, you've gotta hold up your end of the deal.
Shipping
****SHIPMENT OF YOUR ITEMS****
Within the U.S., all purchases are shipped via USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation. Normally, I will ship in-stock items within 48-72 hours of payment receipt/payment clearing (unless it is a custom order a made to order item; see item descriptions for details). PLEASE NOTE THAT *SOME* OF MY ITEMS MAY TAKE FROM ONE TO TWO WEEKS TO MAKE. I have a full-time job and occasionally I put in more than 40 hours; therefore, my jewelry business needs to have some flexibility. If items take longer than the norm to make, I have it clearly noted in the item description.

If you would like to use a different shipping method (such as Priority Mail), send me a note in the Message to Seller and I’ll happily accommodate your needs.

Insurance is not included with shipment; however, if you would like to add insurance (recommended for pricier, custom, or one of a kind items), contact me and I will provide a quote for the adjusted shipping rate.

Finally, I will use your Etsy mailing address as the "ship to" address. Please make sure your information is correct upon checkout. If not, please leave me a note in the Message To Seller and I will get in touch with you.

****INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS****
Due to upcoming postal rate increases, I'm going back to First Class International, so we'll see how it goes. If you are an international customer and would like your shipping upgraded, please convo me and I'll get you a quote.

Please allow two to four weeks for arrival of your item; in some areas, this may take even longer. If you think your package was lost, please contact me --we'll work something out.

Finally, please note that some countries prohibit the shipment of jewelry, metals, and gemstones via First Class International. In these cases, I will upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail International with Insurance (if it is permitted) and send you a revised invoice. Please be aware of your country's list of materials that can and cannot be shipped. Find it here:

****CUSTOMS FORMS****
I complete a customs form when one is required. In a few recent transactions, I've been asked to mark the customs form as a gift. It turns out that this is not very legal, and can get me into trouble. So, please do not ask me to do this for you. More information can be found here:

International customers are also responsible for duties and customs fees. If you have questions related to these fees or need more information, please contact your local customs organization.

****PACKAGING****
I package your items in a gift box for protection, and then the gift box is placed in a polyethylene bubble mailer. I usually combine items and place them into one box (where feasible) to save on shipping weight and waste. If you would like all of your items sent in separate boxes, please let me know in your "Message to Seller" upon checkout.
Refunds and Exchanges
****RETURNS, REFUNDS, REPAIRS, ETC.****
I take pride in my work, and I want my customers to be extremely satisfied. If you find a problem with your item, please let me know immediately.

I will gladly refund returned items if you are not pleased with the product. For a refund to be processed, it must be returned within 7 days of the receipt date (traceable through Delivery Confirmation), in its original condition, and unworn. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and your refund will include your purchase price (without the shipping fees).

I also do repairs to jewelry due to normal wear and tear (jump ring adjustments, clasp adjustments). If you need an item repaired, please convo me. Should an item need replacement pieces or components due to unfortunate jewelry mishaps (i.e., wrist bit by dog, child ate pendant, etc.), I can *usually* replace these items for a cost. Again, just let me know. It will be the customer’s responsibility to pay for shipping and related costs (if applicable) in case of a repair.

Finally, due to the labor-intensive process required for custom work, I cannot honor returns, replacements, or refunds for these types of pieces. Repairs, of course, will be accepted.

****MY STUDIO****
I have two St. Bernards and two cats that enjoy keeping me company in my work area. Please keep this in mind if you have sensitive allergies.

****A NOTE ON EAR WIRES****
The ear wires I create are a standard size of 20g. On those that are hammered, the ear wires are a bit thicker. If you have smaller piercings and would prefer a smaller gauge of wire, please contact me immediately after your purchase and I will provide a similar style/design using 22g wire. I will also leave them "un-hammered" so as not to make them thicker.

****PHOTOS****
I use a Canon A720IS and an indoor lightbox for my photography. My goal is to represent my pieces as closely as possible to the real thing, but different monitors can sometimes render different colors, especially when dealing with gemstones and metals. Please keep this in mind when ordering. If a color is not what you expected, please contact me ASAP before leaving feedback and we'll work it out together.

****MADE TO ORDER ITEMS****
You'll notice that many of my items are made to order, meaning, as soon as you order the item, I'll be creating it for you. As stated in my item descriptions for made to order items, some variations are to be expected. Slight differences in gemstone markings, the way the wire "wraps" around a stone, as well as the oxidization process, can yield different results--these are a few of the common variations that I'm referring to. What this means is that you won't be receiving the item pictured, you'll be receiving a replica. If you are not pleased with your made to order item, please contact me before leaving feedback. I will gladly accept returns for refunds; see my policies for Refunds and Exchanges above.

****FEEDBACK****
If you have any type of problem with your order, or if you are not satisfied, please contact me before leaving feedback. I believe my return policy is very fair, and if you are not pleased with what you've received, I will certainly take it back and exchange it or cancel the transaction all together; no questions asked.

My policy for leaving feedback for my customers is to leave it after I know they've received their item(s) and that they are satisfied with the transaction.
