Returns and exchanges
Every item is custom made you. Refunds, Exchanges & Canceling Orders are currently not available. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! If an error occurs on my part, I will work with you to ensure you are happy. If we decide to accept a return there is a 40% restocking fee. Shipping is never refunded.

EXHANGES: Exchanges are not usually made, as each item is handmade to order, but if we do agree upon an exchange, you would need to contact us within 2 days upon receiving your order. The item can only be exchanged for the same color/design and for one size up or down, and only if we have the availability of the item in stock. The item must be unworn, unwashed and not damaged. It would need to be shipped to us within 2 days upon agreeing to make an exchange. You would be responsible for shipping the item(s) to us and the shipping costs to ship the new item(s) to you. You would also be responsible for the cost to remake a new item. We would not be able to make/ship the new item(s) until we receive the old
item(s). A tracking number must be sent to us once the package ships back to us. We require a tracking number for packages to be sent back for refunds/exchanges. Once the item(s) are received we will create a listing for the shipping costs/fees. Once the listing is purchased the item(s) will be made//shipped in the timeframe set within the listing. We cannot accept prepaid labels. We will create one for you.

If a package is sent and we agree upon a refund, then the package must be sent back to us and be post marked within 2 days of it being delivered. The package must be unopened and not damaged. We can only issue a refund once the package has been delivered back to us. If the package is not post marked within 2 days and/or the package has been opened then a refund cannot be issued and you will be responsible for the costs to ship the package back to you.

Singing in the rain... is not responsible for damaged items caused by the postal service. If you would like to purchase postal insurance please message me before you place your order. We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time or to change any of our policies at any time. We are also not responsible for lost/stolen/delayed packages.

Singing in the rain is not responsible for items that are damaged due to being worn and/or washed.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 1 day after receiving your item, as we want every Singing in the rain... customer to have the perfect item for you.Together we will find a solution.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Etsy Gift Cards & Paypal. Orders will process once payment has cleared.
All items usually ship within 3-5 business days once order is placed & payment is received unless another date scheduled before you make your purchase. We try our hardest to ship orders much sooner than 3-5 business days.

If you need an item sooner please contact me BEFORE you purchase your item. I must be able to CONFIRM to you that I will be able to have your item ready by the date needed.

Shipping insurance is not offered. If you want insurance you MUST contact me before you make your purchase.

Shipping time frames can change at any time depending on order volume, stock, or any other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays with the postal service. Once a package has left our hands and is in the hands of the postal service, it is out of our control how long it can take to ship. We can only give estimates based off the average shipping time frame from past customers.

Once an order has shipped we are not responsible for lost/damaged items.
