Hello and welcome to Single Stone Studios - Etsy's premier wall decal store! We're sure you'll find something that fits your style in our store, but if you want something a little different just let us know. We will be happy to make a custom wall decal design especially for you!

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee - if you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 14 days for a full refund of your purchase price. Your satisfaction is our #1 priority! (Returns must be received in unused and resalable condition.)

Custom orders require a nonrefundable deposit for design work to begin. Amount of deposit varies per project. Custom orders and customized store designs are not eligible for returns, so please double-check the proofs we send to make sure everything is correct. Of course, if it's our mistake we'll fix it at no charge. We can also send color swatches to help with your color selection if needed. If you have a vector art file of art that you want us to use, please make sure the fonts are converted to outlines. Thanks!

Please be aware that some paints have a stain-blocker or mildew resistant additive in them that makes it very difficult for the vinyl to adhere well. The same is true for flat or matte finish paints. Please check your paint before ordering to make sure it's not on this list of evil paints. If you're not sure, we can send you a sample decal to try first.
Payment
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express as well as money orders and Etsy gift cards. We can take your credit card info by phone as well - convo us for our digits.
Shipping
We have several shipping options available at checkout including First Class, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express (usually overnight). If you need your order shipped right away, we can accommodate that as well. Contact us for information and any possible rush charges.

Occasionally, packages can be lost or damaged during transit so we insure every order that we ship. If your order is lost or damaged, please contact us for a replacement.

International shipments may incur additional import taxes. We have no control over this, so please check with your local postal office before ordering so there are no surprises.

If you would like a custom decal made just for you, let us know what you need and we will get back to you with details on our custom order process as well as a lead time for receiving your proofs.

Any item in our shop can be custom sized at your request. If you are unsure of what size is proportionate to the space you have, just drop us a convo and we will help you size the design to look great in your space. If the proportion of a design is kept the same, resizing a store item does not incur art fees.

Can you make a custom design for me?

We have the most fun making custom designed decals for our customers! Let us know what you have in mind and we'll work up something that you will love!

Will you send a proof of my custom decal?

Of course! Our designer will work with you until it's exactly how you want it.

My walls have a slight texture to them. Will your decals stick?

Yes - our decals will adhere just fine to lightly textured walls and you will see the texture through our thin, high quality vinyl. It will look as if the design has been painted on your wall.

Are your decals easy to install?

Very easy! We send simple, step-by-step instructions with each order. You can do it!

Will I have to apply each letter to my wall individually?

No - that would be crazy. The designs will come on a sheet (or multiple sheets if it's really big) and will be applied all at the same time, keeping the letters/images perfectly spaced. It really is that easy!

Do your wall decals have a clear backing behind the designs?

No. Who wants to look at that? Not us. Our designs are die-cut around each letter/image. When they're on your wall, all you'll see is your design - nothing else.

The paint on my wall has a stain blocker additive. Will decals adhere to this?

Certain paints that have a teflon-type additive to resist dirt also resist wall decals. Also, vinyl has a little trouble adhering to low or zero VOC paints as well as flat paint. So check your paint before you decorate. Let's all march in protest of these evil paints!

How do I get the decals off when I'm ready to redecorate? Will they damage my walls?

To remove the decals, start at a corner and simply peel them away. They will come off easily and cleanly and will not damage your walls. Landlords love us!
