Payment
I accept paypal and credit cards as well as check or money order. Your item will be sent within 3 days of receipt of payment. Please pay promptly, as your decal can not be cut until I receive payment.
Shipping
I ship to the address listed on your etsy account. If you would like me to ship to a different address, please let me know in the message to seller when you purchase the item.

All orders will ship via USPS first class. I will send out your item within 3 days of receipt of payment. Each item is made to order.

I know from experience that the post office can be pretty slow, so please allow at least 3 weeks for the delivery of your order (international orders may take up to 4 weeks). This is especially the case when items are shipped in tubes. For some reason the post office does not do a good job of scanning them at every point in the process. If you have ordered an item and need it by a certain date, please contact me for alternate shipping options as I cannot guarantee delivery when using USPS. Please feel free to contact me at any point if you have other questions on a shipment.

Smaller decals will ship in a sturdy kraft mailer or in an envelope with cardboard or chipboard to protect it from bending. If the decal won't fit in an envelope, it will be sent rolled in a cardboard tube.

When your item ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. USPS is not required to scan the package for updates, so it is common for an item to only show "electronic tracking info received" even though it have been shipped. If you have any questions let me know.
Refunds and Exchanges
If an item arrives damaged, please contact me and I will send out a replacement. Please contact me if you are not happy with your item, and I will do everything I can to remedy the situation. Refunds may be given at my discretion.

FAQ's

Q: What surfaces work best with vinyl?
A: Vinyl works best on smooth walls and surfaces. Some texture is fine, but if the wall is too textured, there won't be enough surface area of the wall to stick the vinyl to. Glass is the most ideal surface because it is perfectly smooth.

Q: Can I install the decal on the inside of a glass window to protect it from the elements?
A: Yes, if you want to install your decal in the inside of a window you can request that it be cut "mirrored." That way you can install it inside and it will be visible the correct way from the outside.

Q: What is the difference between glossy and matte vinyl?
A: Glossy vinyl is a thinner vinyl that is rated longer for outdoor use. If you apply glossy vinyl to a slightly textured surface, you will see the texture through the vinyl. Matte vinyl is a thicker vinyl that is made for indoor use -- however it can also be used outdoors. It is more easily removed from a painted surface without damaging the paint.

Vinyl is removable, but not re-positionable.

It is a good idea to wait a minimum of 4 weeks before applying vinyl to a freshly painted surface. Also, some new paints that are being advertised as non-stick or extra scrub-able may contain chemicals that prevent the adhesion of vinyl.
