Welcome to Sink In. My Goal here is to provide families with peace of mind in using natural ways to providing a happier, healthier life. I don't want to just give you the fish, I want to give you the fishing rod, that's why there's a Do It Yourself of every product you can see. I want you to feel confident in your ability to make your family well with the use of these incredible ingredients that have been researched and used over an extended period of time. I use only the best ingredients that are from company s that back up the Therapeutic Grade value of their products and items. As I learn about items and uses, I want to provide others with this information as well, so please contact me to receive our newsletter. -USPS Money Orders

-If you pay by CHECK OR MONEY ORDER your order will be shipped after the check has cleared/money order has been cashed.
-Please contact me before you send your check/money order for special instructions.

-Payment is required with in three days. If after three days I have not received payment and I have not heard from you I will have to cancel your order. Thank You
-I ship USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail (for large orders) and UPS.
-If you would like delivery confirmation (or Tracking Number) please convo me.
-I do include an invoice. If you would not like one please convo me.
-Your order will ship within one to two business days after I have received your payment.
-Mailing Address: I will be shipping all orders to the address provided through ETSY. Please e-mail or convo me if you would like your order sent to another address.
Refunds and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is my aim. I want you to feel comfortable with you purchases, so please check with me about any issues you may have about anything you buy from me. If there is any issue with your product I will be more than happy to work out a solution. Please contact me, before leaving feedback. ☺

If you have any issue with your order, you have 15 days from the date you receive your products to contact me. After that time I will assume that you are completely satisfied.
Additional policies and FAQs
-My products are all natural. The only preservative I sometimes add to my products is natural vitamin E. If kept in a dark, cool place they have a great shelf life. Keep out of extreme light and heat. Never leave in a hot car, as this will cause spoilage of product.

Although, I have used these products while I have been pregnant and nursing, as well as on my infants and babies, you need to feel safe because everyone's chemical make up is different.
Please talk to your doctor if you are
pregnant or taking medications before using products with Essential Oils in them.
