Returns and exchanges
How do I make a returns or exchange?

Sometimes things don't fit or look as awesome as you had hoped. No sweat! You can exchange/return your item within 7 days of receiving it. All returned clothing/accessories must be clean, unworn, without scent, and in re-sale quality. To exchange/ return your item, contact us at our email address ( within the 7 days to receive instructions on our return procedure. If you request a refund, you will be refunded for the item cost only, not the shipping. Any items that are received back that are not in the previously specified condition will be returned to you and are not eligible for return or exchange.

All SALE/ DISCOUNTED items, bodysuits, custom orders, and swimsuits are final sale.

Can I return my item if it arrives damaged?

Yes! You will follow the same procedure for returns/exchanges. Damaged merchandise will only be refunded within 14 days after receiving the product so please examine your purchase upon arrival. We will refund return shipping on all damaged items.

What method do we ship within the US?

We ship via USPS Priority Mail.

How soon can I expect my order?

We make our items, handmade, on order, and often custom. We are independently run and don't use a manufacturer- we are completely in house and sweat-shop free. Super cool right? Unless otherwise noted an order will take place 14 - 18 Business days for production. In the case of a FLASH SALE orders will be closed out on a specified day and shipping will go out in batches starting at a specified day. We will keep you informed throughout the production process, but you are always welcome to email us about your order. Standard shipping can take 3-4 business days after specified production time (for international shipping time see below). Please keep in mind delays due to holidays. Special time frame needs can be accommodated, but please contact us before ordering to make sure we can work within your time frame.

Do you ship to other countries than the US?

Yes. We currently offer shipping to the Australia, Europe, Canada, Mexico, New Zealand, and the U.K. We plan to provide more international shipping in coming months. We apologize for those of you we do not currently ship to and ask for your patience as we find better and cheaper ways to ship internationally. We ship First Class International via USPS, your item will be delivered in approx 6-10 business days after production and depending on your location. Tarrifs, customs, additional taxes and the like are the international customer's responsibility and are not included in the total price of your order. First Class International does not include tracking outside of the U.S. If you would like tracking and a slightly faster shipping time please pick the Priority International shipping option.

*Any shipped items that are either refused by the customer or cannot be delivered by USPS, will be returned and the customer will receive a credit for the total sale cost with taxes, however they will not be refunded shipping.
