Accepted payment methods

Payment
Immediate payment is appreciated.

I accept payment through PayPal (includes credit cards). Make sure the address you have for PayPal is updated and that it matches your Etsy "ship to" address. Please submit your payments as soon as possible as I will only ship items AFTER the payment is confirmed. If you need to cancel an order, please contact me ASAP so I do not ship the item.

If I still have not received your payment for an item after a week, I will contact you to determine if you're still interested in making a purchase. After two weeks, I will have to cancel the sale if I have not heard from you.
Shipping
Shipping cost is different for most of my items because of the sizes differing so much

As soon as payment is received, I will ship the items within 48 hours, unless noted otherwise (I will contact you if I cannot ship right away). I will ship through USPS and can provide tracking numbers if requested. If you want an item to be expedited, this can be done for an extra charge. Otherwise they will be shipped standard. I will always have insurance on the items I ship (price included in shipping cost).

Prints and other artwork will be shipped flat. Shipping it rolled simply isn't good for prints. Framed prints will be bubble-wrapped and I will do everything I can to protect it. Unframed prints will have a glassine cover (front and back) for preservation. I will also insure for losses and damage on all fine art to be shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is any damage done during shipping, I can negotiate replacing what was damaged. Please contact me within one week of finding the damage (although the sooner, the better). However, due to the limited size of an edition (in the case or a print), I may not always be able to provide an exact replacement.

I am not responsible for lost items due to shipping errors (ie. wrong address given). If a package is returned to me due to a shipping error, I can reship it, but will request the shipping cost.
